we are a family with 7 children. This was a great house for us. The Girls enjoyed the Pool and sun and the boys playedtill midnight-in the house! The home was very clean and comfortable and everthing worked well. the location is very central and we were able to get to everthing in and around phoeinx easily. We would definitly consider comming back!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a great experience renting this home. The location was good with nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The accomodations were better as there was plenty of space, plenty of clean beds for a good nights rest, and the amenities such as Basketball and Pinball always kept us entertained. The key piece however is the home owner was reasonable and accomodating with our needs which is never advertised, but makes or breaks whether one would recommend it. We would rent it again.
