Crescent Beach is famous for it's four miles of pure white sand and is consistently ranked as one of the Top 3 Beaches in the World! As you walk out the front door, you will pass by the heated beachfront pool on the way to the 'powder soft' sand beach which is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, skim boarding, jogging, walking, bike riding, and watching the dolphins. This private beach is quiet, uncrowded, and lounge chairs are provided exclusively for the guests/owners of Crystal Sands.
This newly renovated condo was completed in December, 2008, sparing no expense so that our guests can relax in luxury and comfort. Everything is new and top of the line! Bamboo flooring throughout with the exception of natural stone in the bathrooms. Extremely comfortable pillow top beds, luxury linens, down & organic pillows, and soft Egyptian cotton towels make you feel like you are vacationing in a 5 star resort!
The new gourmet kitchen offers everything you need to host any event from an intimate dinner for two to a fabulous cocktail party. This kitchen boasts granite countertops and breakfast bar, energy efficient appliances, beverage center, wine rack, ambient lighting, custom wood cabinets, and everything else you would expect in your own home.
For the sports minded, Sarasota offers numerous golf courses, tennis, fishing, water activities, bicycling, horseback riding, professional baseball, hockey, football, and much more!
Just across the bridge into Sarasota, you will find an abundance of restaurants and nightlife just minutes away. Crystal Sands provides lounge chairs on the beach for all owners/guests to use. At the base of each elevator there are shopping carts and/or luggage carts for your convenience to unload your groceries, luggage, etc. Also, it is a security building with 24 hour security and key fobs are issued to owners/guests which allow access to the stairs/elevators/and pool area
