Why the Owner Chose Placerville
We fell in love with the quiet and gentleness of the land. The river and the valley are a nature lovers paradise. The property borders on 300 acres of protected land and it gives us a sense of being far away. We like the combination of valley, rolling hills, oak trees and river. We chose to buy this place for us and our kids and to get away from the busy city life and reconnect with undisturbed nature and meet wildlife such as deer, fox, eagle, turkeys and rabbits.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Hiking on the trails, playing and swimming in the river, relaxing at the house. We never want to leave when we are there, despite the amazing nature all around the gold country area and fun towns such as Placerville and Fairplay.
