The South end of Tybee is the best location on the island! You can literally walk 2-3 short blocks to the southern end of Tybee where the ocean meets the back river - the best of both worlds!Great fishing, wonderful large tidal pools for the kids,and the absolute best sunset you have ever seen! You are also within walkig distance to the back river, back river fishing pier,and the ocean front side of Tybee with the pier, shopping and restaurants. Great condo with 1500 sq. feet of living space that has been totally remodeled to include a huge walk in/ roll in shower that is wheelchair accessible.
Brand new furniture. Large flat screen TV with DVD/ CD. Lots of open space for family gathering downstairs with a screened in porch and patio outside for cook outs, etc.
All new kitchen appliances including dishwasher, everything you need in a home away from home kitchen! There are some beach towels, beach chairs, beach games to include horse shoes, etc., umbrellas and coolers.
You only have to walk a block away to reach the beautiful back side of the island and ocean where you'll find lots of space to do all the fun things you've been waiting for! Get that tan, read that book, surf, fish, socialize! Then it's right around the corner to the best little shops, neat restaurants and bars, Tybee pier and pavilion.
Drive in, sit back and relax -- that is, unless you decide you'd like to take a short drive into the beautiful historic city of Savannah where all sorts of wonderful things await. What about eating at some of the great restaurants, seeing the riverfront and exploring downtown. Have fun on River street or in City Market! Our family loved this darling and fun condo~! Truly it is all in the spirit of good times at the beach! There are three queen rooms upstairs and even an extra single bed downstairs. This place is so convinent to everything. The owners are super accomodating with lots of info about the area. It is close, a block and 1/2 from the sound and about three blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to many great eateries! We used the grill for great steaks from the IGA. Everything you need is right there, just bring towels and bathing suits! We will be back!

My daughters & I plan a getway every 2 yrs, this was the best. The condo had everything we needed. Walking distance to restaurants, beach, quiet at night. Conveinence of WIFI, TV and homey atmosphere. It was conveinent to pop into dwntwn Savannah as well. The condo was well apointed with amenities. We lacked nothing. I hioghly recommend this retreat.

We had a blast!!! What a great place to stay!! The place was decorated just like the pictures. It was clean and cozy! The house was filled with dishes, pots and pans and we even used the grill :) Do not buy food until you get there because the beach filled days and evenings lead to late night chats with family that cooking is out of the question. :) We slept late, stayed at the beach late and stayed up late!! A great vacation!!! Thanks a bunch, we will be back!!!

Donna was very nice to deal with during the initial renting process and returned our deposit in a prompt manner. There were a few problems (owner responses to my email regarding these issues are in parentheses): a strong "vinegar-like" cleaning smell that was overwhelming (no response), hair-balls in the clean towels (no response), sand on the table (its the beach you should expect sand in the home), gooey-food like substance in one of the breakfast bowls and on a spoon (stickers from new bowls leave goo sometimes --- BUT this was not a sticker it was food), initial half-roll of toliet paper in both bathrooms and less that 10 paper towels instead of full initial/starter roll of each (no response), dead bugs under the bed, live "palmetto" or "water bugs" in the home; one actually was on my arm in the middle of the night (the home is sprayed once a week "we can't have someone there on an hourly basis to pick up the dead bugs"). I did complain directly and my "issues" were addressed and dismissed as over-reacting to issues as you can see the responses that were given. Access to the beach was easy and convenient. The home did have chairs and bikes. The outside porch and grill area are small and it was way too hot to be used. Be prepared for TONS of people around the holidays but it is still SO MUCH FUN! We love Tybee and go at least 2-3 times a year! Non-holidays are less busy obviously. Make sure you use the parking spaces designated for this condo. Someone parked in one of our spots the entire time we were there but the towing company will come out within an hour if called. The other condo owners are very quick to point this out but were very nice about the parking problem we were having and allowed us to park in one of their spaces. We will go back but will not stay here.
Owner response: We think it speaks for itself that we have never had a bad review. As you can see they are all 5/5 stars. We don't solicit renters to review our property, but we do have a guest book and have wonderful reviews in it. This guest emailed us on the next to last morning of her stay, July 4, at 5:30 in the morning and could not understand why I did not get back to her immediately. I politely responded in an appropriate amount of time, but could not refund her money as she requested. There has never been one single similar complaint, much less any complaint since we have rented our condo. We are very sorry Stephanie was unhappy.

What a wonderful place to stay! The condo was cute and vibrant. The beach was just a few blocks away. It was close enough to walk to as long as you don't have lots of stuff to carry with you. There were umbrellas, chairs, and even bikes! The kitchen was well-equipped and the downstairs shower was awesome!!!! Would definitely stay here again!

We came in late April for a beach wedding and stayed the weekend. The condo was exactly as pictured, no unpleasant surprises. We walked everywhere we needed to go and had a lovely visit!

My family and another family stayed for 5 days. It was wonderful!!! The condo was very spacious. We had 4 adults, a toddler and a pre-teen. We all had enough room. The beds were very comfortable and so was the couch. They had every kitchen item we may have needed and even some wasabi peanuts in the fridge that were a great entertainment. The back screened in porch was also very nice in the evenings. Donna was very nice and accomodating. We are already trying to plan our next trip.

Stayed here this past summer, great place and wonderful location. Within walking distance to everything and no rowdy crowds to deal with. Plenty of room for all, looks practicaly brand new. Can't wait to come back this summer.
