One bedroom, 1200 square foot unit in separate upstairs front section of private home. Direct access to unit from garage. Hardwood floors, high speed wireless internet, extra extra large double shower, jetted whirlpool tub and two sinks. 2 queen beds in master suite. two more couches in unit and dining room table which seats 8. Cozy, comfortable unit. Many people walking around in neighborhood.
Tree lined streets with flat and some small hilly areas. 2 minutes to Westside Pavilion mall, with state of the art movie theaters opened in 2008. 5 minutes to very trendy Culver City and 20 minutes to Hollywood. 10 minutes to Venice Beach, 15-30 minutes to Downtown LA depending on traffic.
Needless to say this is a very centrally located location. Westside Los Angeles airy no smog climate. Unit was updated in 2008.
