The House of Koi is located near the village of Kailua-Kona in a quiet private setting with a magnificent view of the coast line. The home was designed to offer this view from all the bedrooms, office, and living room. Each bedroom has a lanai with two outside wet bars with refrigerators.
The great room has a formal dining area overlooking the koi pond and water fall, large kitchen with custom appliances, magnificent granite bar, and living room. You will spend most of your time on the lanai which overlooks the infinity pool and putting green.
The two guest bedrooms are detached from the main house, each having there own bathroom and shower. Each have queen beds.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, television, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and a massive bath with custom walk-in shower and jetted tub.
