This very quiet and secure French apartment (1300 square feet +250 sf basement) is located in a very nice and fancy neighborhood in the heart of Neuilly, only 10' walk from the Bois de Boulogne and 10' from Champs Elysées. The stone building, 1920, is near a subway station and buses that take you to Montparnasse, department stores near Opera etc;
In this very Parisian atmosphere, you can enjoy the Neuilly outdoor market, nice small restaurants and shops and very convenient Monoprix.
You will feel at home in this finely decorated ambiance, where all the rooms are quite large: one ensuite large bedroom overlooking a nice planted courtyard, one large teenager bedroom in the basement (one double bed + one double sofa bed), a very well equipped kitchen and dining room including a table large enough dor 10 guests, and comfortable living room with 2 sofas and a fire place.
In the office, an extra bed can be pulled. After a busy day, you will relax by the fire place or go out in this very lively neighborhood.
