Location: Mountain Village, Telluride Area, Southwest, Colorado, USA (Fly Into Telluride, 1 Hr Montrse 2 Hr Grnd Jnction, Durango)

Accommodations:  House, 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 3 Baths (Sleeps 8-10)

Vida Nueva is across the street from the Village Core and Peaks Resort and Spa but not on a road and is secluded and quiet. There are 8 units divided by green space and sidewalks. House is perched on the ridge overlooking San Sophia Range and the valley floor. Elk, deer, bear, and lynx wander through. There are steps from the street to the house that will separate you from any noise. Everyone says we have the best views (from every room) in Mountain Village. We have lights outside to watch the snow fall.

We just completed a $200,000 remodel which includes a new kitchen, master bedroom suite, floors and furniture. There are speakers throughout the house with Escient music. Surround sound, a large screen HDTV with an X box can be found in the media room. There's also a large screen HDTV in the master suite.

  • We've stayed in several Telluride/Mtn Village homes and this one has the absolute best panoramic views of them all! It is peaceful, quiet, yet walkably close to everything. The owner was easy to work with and the house is fully equipped. Great home for summer hiking/biking or for ski season. We'll be back!

  • This house is beautiful and has absolutely everything we need. It is perfectly set up for our family! The view from the back patio is I believe one of the best in Mountain Village,it is so close to some great hikes and the gondola, the market, tons of things to do with kids. The owner was great to work with, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. I can't say enough good things about this property .. we will definitely be back!

  • We had a wonderful family vacation here. The kids loved it, we had a family movie night in the media room. The house is very comfortable, the views are breathtaking, and the location is perfect with such a short walk to the gondola and Mountain Village Square. We would love to stay in this house every year!

  • Thank you for a wonderful stay in Mountain Village. The condo was absolutely gorgeous, it was a 10 on a scale of 1-10. I can't say enough good things about the view, the furnishings, the appliances. Quiet location and only a few minutes to the Gondola. Can't wait to get back to Telluride someday.
