Located on scenic 30A between Rosemary Beach and SeaSide. Seacrest is famous for it’s 12,000 sq. ft. pool (largest on 30A), as well as being walking distance to shops and restaurants. Walk to the white sand beach or hail the complimentary golf cart shuttle. You are too close to the pool to bother with the shuttle!

We've been to Seacrest 4 times now and this was my favorite property. Fantastic house, excellent location within the community. The pictures are very accurate and the close location to the pool made it the best place we've stayed in Seacrest. Plenty of room for us to have privacy if we wanted or to all eat and spend time together. Super clean, with lots of extras that the owners have thought of. The tram service to the beach was a must with little ones. At times it was quite slow, but I think there was only one tram running some days due to repair. Very easy to book and work with the owners. Will definitely consider this property again. It made for an awesome vacation!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Beautiful clean house in a beautiful private location! Photos and description are truly accurate! Plenty of space for our 2 familes. Quick walk to the beach or pool with all supplies provided... Towels, toys, umbrellas, coolers, chairs. They have thought of and supplied everything in this house. Loved the bikes to check out nearby 'communities'. Would definitely stay here again if vacationing in this area of Florida!Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have been staying on 30-A for 5 years, this being the 2nd in Seacrest Beach. I have to say this is the best property we have stayed in. The home is just as described and the pictures are accurate. This home was very clean and well appointed. The home is very comfortable and plenty big enough for space to get away if you needed to. The bikes were used every day and the storage closet is full of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Anything you would need for a day at the beach. We walked to the beach everyday, but used the complimentary tram on the return trip. The pool was always a lot of fun! Cooked in more than we ate out, but when we did eat out we walked and/or rode bikes. The one request I would have would be at least one more cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. When making biscuits and bacon (we cook ours in the oven -- less mess), there was only one cookie sheet, which we rotated between the biscuits and bacon. All and all, this is a great home and we will consider returning when we head back to 30-A. A perfect house for two families. Love that they have two king bedrooms and plenty of room for kids. One of the masters has a huge walk in closet that can accomadate a small child and the full size crib is a nice touch. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The closet outside has plenty of beach toys and floats, two tents, low rise chairs, and beach towels. There are three bikes and a nice wagon. The kitchen is fully stocked and the grills are great. Just around the corner from the pool and very easy access to the beach, rosemary shops, etc. we would definitely stay again!Recommended for: Families with young children.

This house was our 5th stay in Seacrest beach and our favorite place to stay in so far. We will be coming back! It's close to everything and the owners were great to work with. We love the firepit in the back, having bikes to ride and the house itself is a perfect fit for our families. Great food/coffee/etc is super close. The pictures are accurate and the house is clean!Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.

We were a party of 10 people that stayed in this beautiful home. It was just as the pictures show and very clean. The area is great, especially for kids to ride bikes or walk. The owners were very easy to work with and made the home accommodating to all our needs. We were not able to enjoy the beach or pool since it was cold but would like to come back during the spring/summer months. Highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a relaxing, enjoyable vacation.
