Our large, open, style home is just steps from the community pool and just a short walk to the sand of one of the best beaches in Florida. If you do not prefer to walk the community provides free golf cart trams from mid-March to early October to transport owners, guests and renters from their homes to the beach. They operate from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Flag down the cart or call for service.

This Beautiful Home is located very close to pool (the block just behind the first row of houses next to the pool) which is a plus when it comes to the little ones. Forget something you can easy run back to house. The location is key. It is completely surrounded by nature and is unique in the privacy that it provides. Nice backyard with fire-pit to enjoy your company and to grill out. This home have 2 master bedrooms with king beds and one of the master has a crib in so your little one doesn't need to sleep in an uncomfortable "pack and play". The other master is on the main floor. The 3rd room have a queen bed and the kids room has two bunk beds. So, plenty of comfortable space for the whole family. All the rooms have TVs in them. The couch in living room can fold out for extra sleeping space if needed. The spacious kitchen and living room provides everything you need to prepare a lovely dinner for your family and friends. We have a dining room table that seats 6, but extra chairs can be brought in to provide more seating. There is a booster seat for the little one, so this will help making the packing less. You can enjoy a sundowner on the 3rd floor with great views.
We have two bikes with infant/toddler carries that can be used when renting our house. A nice long bike ride to Seaside or a short ride to Rosemary beach or Alys Beach
We know you will have a lovely stay at our house and your family and kids will enjoy this get-away!!!

We just love Seacrest Beach and the surrounding area. Being in a house on vacation with kids makes things that easier. The whole community is great and everyone that goes to Seacrest beach is supper nice. We have great neighbors that we just adore!
The Unique Benefits at this House
So many activities for the whole family and everything are walking distance from the house. You don't need to drive anywhere if you don't prefer doing that. Great restaurants and shopping in close distant. BEAUTIFUL beach and great BIG pool just around the corner. We have a nice backyard which many of the houses don't offer.

We live in Atlanta, GA for almost 10 years now but are original from South Africa. We have been going down to the 30A for the past 6 years now. We have seen how the 30A have changed over the years and just love that it is such great family vacation spot.
