This very large apartment can host up to 16 guests. It can be divided in two areas. In this case we can have 4 bedrooms (1 double room, 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, a large dinning room, 3 bathrooms with shower and a fully equipped kitchen on the bigger area, and 1 double bedroom, a large living room with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine in the smaller area. The privacy is assured by a locked door.
The apartment’s spacious, shining and fine wood period furnished (original Italian mid-century) and it has central heating and air conditioning. It’s located on the third floor of a very decent building with the elevator, at Via Acaia, just 500 meters from the famous Saint John in Lateran Basilica and the Re di Roma Metro Station (line A). Saint John in Lateran Basilica’s the biggest church in Rome after St. Peter Cathedral. If you visited a website’s maps and inserted the address you could have the correct idea about its good location.
That’s a very commercial area, full of all kind of shops ( good restaurants, coffee bars, pizza shops, grocery store, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, newsagents, delicatessen store, pastry store, etc.). That area has a good connection with public transportation to go everywhere and it’s very quiet and safe at night too.
