Elegant Waterfront Home on small private lake nestled in upstate New York between Rochester and Buffalo. Close to wine country and Niagara Falls. Can relax in quiet atmosphere or fish for bass, perch, northern pike (catch and release), canoe into the marsh, kayak, or swim off the dock, or at the private beach with lifeguard. The lake is small and spring-fed, no motor boats are permitted which makes swimming safe and wonderful.

Afternoon cocktails on the deck, or coffee outside on the balcony off the master bedroom. Sleeps 8 very comfortably with all the amenities. Full kitchen with dishwasher and laundry facilities. Hike back into the woods, or play golf, tennis or sun on the dock or read on the quiet upper terrace or lower deck area. Numerous great restaurants or take-out. Or grill with charcoal and enjoy a great steak. A lovely spot to entertain friends.

  • In Buffalo for a wedding and this made the perfect place for my brothers and sister to stay before and after the wedding. Very peaceful, very relaxing, and really enjoyed sitting around the chimenea on the lower deck and catching up on each others lives. Just perfect!

  • This home is THE most beautiful home on Horseshoe Lake. It's like something you would find in "Better Homes and Gardens". I've been there quite a few times and always have a difficult time leaving.
