This Gold Coast Luxury Penthouse has a unique 62-foot-long lanai…providing more direct ocean frontage than any other Honolulu penthouse. Spectacular views from the lanai and all major living areas encompass the Waikiki coastline, the ocean from the beach to the horizon, Diamond Head, and the East Oahu ridges.
ID Group envisions properties as fine art. The design team felt that this choice, one-of-a-kind penthouse deserved the ultimate in luxurious finishes and detailing to captivate all the senses. The main living area, which includes a living/media room, open dining room, and kitchen, and the huge master suite flow seamlessly out to the lanai. All rooms have expansive ocean or mountain views. Diamond Head is literally framed in the windows of two of the bedrooms. The kitchen is open and high tech with top of the line appliances by Miele, Sub Zero, and Bosch, ample work and storage space, and a counter with seating for five.
