Very lovely, spacious and fine furnished apartment with a spacious terrace, located on the 5th floor of a very decent building with the elevator, just 100 meters from the Coliseum, at Via Annia.

From there the most important historical sights can be easily reached on 15 minutes walking radius. (Coliseum, Roman Forum, Domus Aurea, Saint Clement Basilica, the Palatino, Piazza Venezia etc.). Central area has a good connection with public transportation to go everywhere.

This place’s very quiet and safe at night too. If you visited some website maps and inserted the address you could have the correct idea about its good location and you can see the street and the building too.

It consists of 3 bedrooms (one double bedroom and two bedroom with 2 single beds each), two bathrooms (one with bathtub and a separated shower too, the other one with shower), a very spacious living room divided into a dining area in front of the entrance of the kitchen. The fully kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee-/espresso machine, gas stove with oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, hot water boiler as well as all the other necessary appliances.

The apartment’s recently, completely renovated and everything’s neat and tide. On request, the single beds can become double queen size bed.

From the living room you can enter a spacious and lovely terrace equipped with a large table and chairs and from the double bedroom you can enter a second smaller balcony too. The living room is equipped with two double comfortable sofa-beds (queen size), so that up 10 guests can comfortably reside.

The apartment’s equipped with independent heating system, air conditioning, continuous hot water, TV/LCD, iron and iron board, hairdryer. Bed and bath linen are provided.

  • My family stayed here back in May. The location is perfect espeically if you like to visit Ancient Rome. The apartment is very clean and comfortly housed the 6 of us. Their is a market next door to the property which made it easy to stock up with snacks, drinks, etc. Toni is an awesome host and arranged transportation and a Vatican guide for our group. Try to book Daniella as your historic guide - she is great!

  • Finding a place to stay in Europe when you live in North America and have not visited the City you are going to visit is extremely stressful. What a relief to find a really great apartment. There were five of us travelling and this apartment was perfect for us. It was furnished very comfortably, spotlessly clean, well equipped, modern and very spacious . What the pictures don’t show is how fabulous the deck is with a lovely view of Rome right across from a park. The location was also amazing with the Colosseum only a few blocks away, the metro as well, taxi stand close by and a fantastic grocery store right below. The owner and agent, were extremely helpful and attentive - unbelievably so. We'd recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome – it really made our trip. We’d stay there again, in a heartbeat. It was very sad to leave.

  • Wow! If you are visiting Rome with a party of 4 - 10, this is the place to rent. It is close to the Colosseum and nearly all major Rome attractions are walkable. A taxi stand is close by as are buses and the Colosseo Metro exit. The attractions for the flat are it's spotlessness, the wonderful balcony overlooking a park (most Rome rentals don't have balconies or patios and few neighbourhoods have parks), the super helpful agent (supplied us with 2 cell phones), the excellent grocery shop just steps away from the front door, it's spaciousness and the general feeling of safety day and night. Extras like arrangements by the agent for transportation to & from the airport were much appreciated. I highly recommend this property (& I'm a picky guest)

  • This property is fantastic! Three short blocks to the Metro station at the Colosseum, as well as the Hop-on Hop-off tours of Rome. There is a grocery store right down stairs. The apartment is meticulously clean, spacious and bright. Decorated in great taste, fully equip, showers had great pressure and were always hot even with a group of 6. There was great communication on the part of the owners and they were there early to meet us with the keys. I can not say enough good things. This place is a must, I would not stay anywhere else in Rome. Stayed in 3 different apartments on my trip, and this place far exceeded my expectations. The pictures do not do it justice!
