The most amazing feature of this home, with the exception of the fireplaces, is the covered porch which spans the entire back of the top floor of the house and is situated high in the tree tops where you can relax and listen to the wind in the trees, to birds and squirrels and maybe spot a deer or two walking along the deer trail behind the house. Half of this porch is screened, making it a great “hangout” in the afternoons and evenings.
The lower floor features a large private 3rd bedroom with full bath, a large family room with its own wood burning fireplace for cozy gatherings and watching TV or movies on the DVD player. There is also an office space/laundry area with full washer/dryer which leads out to the over sized single car garage. This lower floor also features it's own private entry and open deck.
