There's antique markets open everyday all down the block and Chelsea piers where you can rock climb or sail if its nice out. Also Madison Sq Park is down the block and has a Shake Shack. Best burgers in the city! Promise!

The building has an elevator, its a studio with a sleep loft that has 2 queen size beds, and a very comfy futon.

Full bathroom and kitchen, TV and wireless internet for your computer.
