This is an AWESOME house! It's absolutely beautiful, peaceful, relaxing, serene, etc. It has a terrific view and is located in a PRIVATE, GATED community located directly on the intracoastal. The house is across San Pablo Rd. from The MAYO Clinic. In addition, it is about 20 minutes from one of the only seven Proton Treatment Centers in the world. There is no way to describe how suited this house is for patients and their families. The neighborhood is filled with fine, wonderful families and is great for children.
During holidays, you can watch the fireworks from the privacy of your own deck without the loud noise. It is across the bridge from the beaches and comes with access to an oceanfront pool less than 5 miles away.
There are many wonderful restaurants, shopping, family activities, etc. in the Jacksonville and Jacksonville Beaches area.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Jacksonville and the surrounding beaches have so many wonderful ammenities. Golf, boating and beaching were personal favorites of ours when living in the area. There are many wonderful restaurants and spas for those of us who enjoy a little extra TLC. The sporting events and Universities are wonderful attributes. It is a sports enthusiasts playground. We had great fun raising our babies and being a part of Jacksonville's awesome community.

My husband and I, along with our 3 children, have LOVED living in this home. He is a golf professional and recently relocated to Hilton Head Island, SC. We absolutely could not bear to part with our family home and instead decided to share it with others.
