Penthouse units like mine were originally formal dining rooms, so they have higher original pecky cypress ceilings and decorative fireplaces. They are also larger and have their own central A/C units. The Palm Beach Hotel, while a condominium, retains wonderful hotel amenities (24 hour reception desk, maid service, wake-up calls/voice mail, etc.). Central location is key. Walking distance to Palm Beach mansions, shopping, museums, post office, Clematis Street, the Breakers, beach, Intracoastal, anything you could want.
