Welcome to our beautiful condo in Nuevo Vallarta at the Villa Magna Residences. Our condo is right on the beach with an incredible ocean view and has been furnished and decorated with only the best!
On site amenities include:
-Seaside Restaurant & Palapa bar to purchase drinks and snacks served around the pool or ocean.
-Palapa lounge... sit and enjoy the ocean view and cocktails from the Dreams Hotel friendly service staff!!
-Other services include a spa, gym, restaurants and lounges for prices to be determined which are located in Tower 4 of the "Dreams Hotel" next door to us.

Also free Nuevo Vallarta shuttle every 15 minutes that brings you anywhere throughout the area including the large shopping mall.

We are in a private gated community, 24 hour security, English speaking manager and housekeepers, private beach. 10-15 minutes to Paradise Village Plaza with grocery stores, liquor store, banks, restaurants, shopping, doctors and medical 24 hours.
Taxis waiting just steps away.
Also: Paradise Village marina with sail boats, snorkeling and fishing tours and water taxi to old town downtown. 15 minutes to airport and 20 minutes to downtown by taxi.
There are 3 swimming pools with one being an infinity pool beautiful and great for floating or swimming and 1 hot tub. It looks as if it rolls right into the ocean! Private beach, beach chairs and palapas!
Step out onto the most beautiful beach in the Bay of Banderas: flat beach for walking over two and a half miles; you can walk all the way to Bucerias/La Cruz!
Perfect for swimming, and boogie boarding.

I stayed in this condo for a week in February. The weather was perfect, the people were friendly, and the condo had all the comforts of home. I slept on the chaise lounge on the balcony one night and listened to the ocean waves until I fell asleep. The condo was well stocked with beach & bath towles, and pleanty of closet space and hangers for all my clothes. The view from the balcony of the property, pools, ocean, and sunset are magical. I can't wait to go back!

We stayed at Casa Magna and had a GREAT time. The condo is very comfortable, clean and very nicely furnished- not a typical FRBO with the bare minimum. This place has it all. The hotel amenities also available add just that much more. Can't wait to go back there again...
