Pacific City is a pristine and growing North Oregon Coast beach town. Fishing, crabbing, surfing and fantastic beaches draw people year around. This beach home is located very near the beach and has upscale kitchen for those who love to try their hand at cooking SUPER fresh seafood.
Salmon, Dungeness Crab, oysters, Ling Cod and more are included in the available array of seafood to purchase or catch. Or, for those who would rather eat out there is a variety of restaurants locally and north and south of here. Surfing, hiking, kite flying and jet skis are popular activities here. And don't forget, we are the home of "The Dory Fleet." People never get over watching the fishing boats launch into the surf or ditch into the beach on the way back, honking all the way to announce their return. Hikers and bird lovers flock to our area to walk Cascade Head or Cape Lookout trails and to visit our great bird estuaries.
In February we celebrate, "Birding and Blues" festival. For shopping, there are several fun local shops, a grocery store, and larger shopping in Lincoln City, 25 miles south. There also is an outlet mall for more shopping in Lincoln City. Larger chain groceries may also be found in Lincoln City. Fishing guide available upon request (if not already booked).

We had this home built as an investment and we lived in it for 2 years. It is very nicely appointed and has upscale ammenities.
