Lovely lake home offers amenities that enhance a lake experience. The foyer opens to a larger great room with fireplace, TV, large kitchen and dining area. An expansive deck off this level provides great lake views with outside dining. A gas BBQ grill is on the deck. The master bedroom suite is an oasis with a sitting area, gas fireplace and TV. The bathroom of this suite has a jet tub/shower with a separate vanity room. Another bedroom is across the entry and has a full pass through bathroom from the foyer. The lower level features a family room complete with another fireplace and screened porch providing a lake view free of mosquitoes!
There is a bedroom with twin beds and a cozy den/bedroom with a sofa bed. A bathroom with shower is next to a complete laundry room on this lower level. An outside staircase goes down to the lakeside area that has a picnic patio and fire pit. The dock is available for boats and fishing, best fishing on the lake is off this dock! Swimming area is dockside and lots of lounging room with Adirondack chairs to observe swimmers and be part of the fishing and swimming fun! White Fish Golf course is less than a mile away as well as over 25 Championship courses within a 20 mile radius. A number of bars and retaurants are in the immediate area as well.

Year Purchased: 1964
I live in the Twin Cities with my wonderful husband and two furry "kids", Teddy(pictured in the photo) and Lilly our big beautiful Basset hound. We enjoy our home in Plymouth but also enjoy going to the lake. We love to be together on weekends cooking, gardening, walking and boating when we are at the lake.
We also have a home in Ocala Florida. So many place to go and so much to do! That is why we rent both the lake property and the house in Florida. We work so need to be in Plymouth some time!!!
Why the Owner Chose Pequot Lakes
My parents bought our lake home so that we could all enjoy our Summers having fun swimming, skiing, fishing, hiking. We spent such quality time together that no one cared about TV. We were never bored and learned to appreciate nature and each other. This experience has lasted a lifetime. We are all much older now but when we get back to the lake, it is like being kids again! My Father has passed on but wanted us to add to what he had created so, we added a guest apartment. Now, we can have the entire family of 14+ all together
The Unique Benefits of this Lake House
I have been able to enjoy our Family's lake home for many years! When I was transferred to Minneapolis for work, I was thrilled because I could get back up to the lake again. My husband enjoys going up for weekends with me as do our two dogs, Teddy and Lilly. We all love the walks in the woods, boating on beautiful Lake Ossawinnamaakee, fires lakeside and lounging on the screened in porch and large deck. The large great room is great for cooking, eating and entertainment.The lower level has a living room so that people can choose to do differnt things in seperate spaces
