Cozy, daylight basement apartment about 900 sq ft has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath with its own separate entry and off-street parking. This cozy dwelling boasts modern concrete floors with radiant in-floor heating to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

It has a fully stocked kitchen with full-sized appliances. Brand new 42 inch HDTV with cable and DVR so you don't miss your favorite programs and a stereo/DVD system. The master bedroom has a King sized bed with 1000 count sheets and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen sized bed. It is the perfect get-away for your vacation. Bring your laptop and connect to the internet using the FREE WIFI provided or use our computer. Tall ceilings, just under 8ft. Relax in our Hot Tub after a long day on the hills or in the car!

Spend your next vacation in the heart of Montana. We are just minutes from everywhere; 2 blocks to Main Street and 5 blocks to Montana State University, 2 blocks to Cooper Park. Nearby amenities include Museum of the Rockies, shopping, movies, live theatre, and more.

  • I actually stayed in the basement portion of the house. The whole setup was perfect. We rented the entire house for 5 couples. Basement was nice because it gave 2 couples a bit more privacy downstairs. Would definitley stay here again. Nice house, big backyard. It would have been nice if hte landlord had chairs to sit on at the house for the fire pit in the back. Otherwise, don't hesitate just book!

  • Recently stayed 4 nights at this apartment and would highly recommend. Very close to downtown and convenient. We were able to walk to get food/drinks which was nice. Apartment had plenty of room for 4 people, off-street parking and all the amenities needed. It's a quaint, charming space and I would definitely stay there again.

  • We stayed in this apt. for two months (Jan & Feb). It is in a fantastic location - close to stores, restaurants, campus, skiing(we walked everywhere after we got home from skiing). The apt is well furnished with very high quality appliances and wonderful beds. There is even a full size washer and dryer in the apt. Even though it was the middle of winter, we rarely had to turn on the heat, and were quite cozy. Although a basement, there is adequate daylight in all the rooms. The entry is private and secure, and there is room to store skis and other toys. The property manager/owners are great to work with and were interested in making sure we enjoyed our stay in Bozeman. I would return and would recommend this property highly.
