This is truely the nicest Beach Club Villa the photos don't begin to give it justice according all of our previous renters. The second floor unit makes it where you are up high enough to enjoy all the magnificent views but not to high that it is a hard climb up the stairs to get to your villa.
Amenity cards are available with this unit. You will need amenity cards to go to any of the Pools ,Restaurants,Camp Fripp,Golf and Food Court. There is also a golf cart available with this rental.
This beautiful newly renovated two bedroom two bath villa is ideally located on the center of Fripp Island. This Exquisitely decorated condo is warm and accommodating.
This is the perfect affordable beach getaway which can also include amenity cards for all the activities available on Fripp. Sleeping accommodations include a king-size master suite with it's own gorgeous bathroom, and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed. This villa has a completely renovated fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and upgraded, new stainless appliances. There's also a private screened porch overlooking the canal, marsh and crabbing dock for guest.
This unit has new HD TV's in both bedrooms and living room with built in DVD players.
This villa is within walking distance of the beach, Olympic pool complex, adult pool and outside bar, Beach Club restaurant and new Food Court. If you play tennis, the courts are adjacent to the complex. Everything you could ask for is within walking distance of this villa.
I live on the island and manage my on properties so I am available to assist you with anything you may need during your stay.

My family and I loved Fripp Island. We loved the condo and it's great location. My son fished off the dock every morning and every evening. The kids really enjoyed the beach, the pools and riding on the golf cart at night. The wildlife is amazing! Bob the owner was great. Very responsive when I needed jumper cables for my truck and the Golf cart.:) We will be back!!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.

My husband and I visited Fripp Island for the first time August 6th to August 13th, 2011. We found this unit to be everything we expected and more. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Fripp Island has something for everyone. We enjoyed catching crabs on the back dock, riding the golf cart at night, and enjoying the beach and pools during the day. This is a great place for families to spend time together. Bob is an excellent owner and went out of his way to meet and exceed our expectations. This unit is a great value for a small group.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.

My family stayed here the week of July 4th. The place is clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable and everything you need is right there in an awesome kitchen. My son went fishing everyday from the dock which is right out the back door. Across from the beach and tennis in the front, you didnt have to go far to enjoy everything. You get a prime seat for the 4th of July pararde which is in front and you can see the fireworks from the deck out back. The owners are very nice and go out of their way to make your stay wonderful !!
