This unit is one of 16 across scenic highway 30A from the Gulf of Mexico, just a few steps from the beach access boardwalk.
It is on the ground floor and the parking space is directly in front of the entrance to the condo, for ease of unpacking. There is a walk and bike path in front of Palms North that goes east and west on 30A.
Within walking distance is Gulf Place, which has shops and eateries as well as an amphi-theatre that has a variety of free concerts that will delight young and old. The Santa Rosa Beach Club is practically right across the street and offers a fine dining experience.
The Santa Rosa Golf Club can be seen from the Beach Club and this exceptional golf course has daily greens fees.
Traveling a few miles East on 30A is Grayton Beach with several restaurants including the famous Red Bar, where you can enjoy a Sunday brunch, and on most Sundays listen to the Dread Clampett band.
Slightly further east is Seaside and its variety of shops and well known Bud and Alley's restaurant. West on 30A and U S Hwy 98 you will find Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin, featuring shops, several good restaurants and family entertainment.
Further west on 98 is the Silver Sands outlet mall, one of the largest in the country, with most familiar brand names at great prices. There are several good golf courses along 98 toward Destin.
Whether you check out all or some of the above, maybe the best thing to do is just step out of the screened porch and relax by the pool or take a two minute walk to the beautiful white sand beach and catch some rays or a beautiful sunset.
