Local adventures include the only active volcano in the U.S., hiking, dancing, waterfalls, the charming town of Hilo, hot ponds, botanical gardens and more. In addition, we have intimate knowledge of local activities. We also offer "Flowing with Natural Breath"; Movement and Expressive Arts instruction; Hypnotherapy, (Stop Smoking is a specialty) and E.F.T. (Emotional Freedom Technique).
