You will love this newly furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Casual decor with all new linens, kitchenware, and appliances. Master has a king bed and 32" wall-mounted flat screen TV, with jetted tub and separate shower in the bathroom. Second bedroom has 22" flat screen TV and DVD player, along with two twin-size beds. A twin-size Aerobed is available as well.
The living room has a 47" flat screen TV with a TV/VCR combo. A stereo is also available with connectivity for your IPod or MP3. You will also find everything you need for a great day at the beach! Pack up the two beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and cooler in the beach cart and you are all set!
Our unit is conveniently located in Building 1, closest to the beach walkover and largest pool/clubhouse. On the second floor so just one flight of stairs, or you can always use the elevator.

Beth, The condo is the best we have ever stayed in. There wasn't a thing that we needed and felt right at home. This is an absolutely beautiful complex with plenty to do for the kids. The pictures do not do the complex or condo justice. You truly have a gem. Thanks so much for working with us and allowing us to take the extra day! The Archies

My family and I just returned from a wonderful stay in this condo. First let me say pictures do not do it justice. It is a beautifully furnished condo, with absolutely everything you need and tons of room for the whole family. Although not ocean front, it was a 3 minute walk to the beach. There are two pools on the property, both within 2 minutes of the condo. The condo is located on a quiet part of New Smyrna Beach, without huge crowds. The complex offers a lot of activities without leaving the property (basketball which the owners provide a ball, tennis, and much more). The owners are wonderful to work with and try to make sure your stay is all you expect it to be. I personally knew we had rented the right condo when I walked in to the wonderful smell of a yankee candle, something I have in my own home. We have rented other condo's before and I must say this unit ranks at the top of our list. It is the small touches that make you want to come back and the owners have remember the small things (it is nice to go to the beach and not have to buy chairs and coolers to use, these owners provided them). My family will definately be renting the unit again. Thanks Beth and family for everything, we had a blast!!!
