Enjoy a vacation on the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, where the motto is, "Pura Vida," or pure life. This is one of the most beautiful regions of the world. The Nosara area has developed to the point where you have access to some great restaurants and all the necessary services, yet it is still private and remote. At this vacation home, you will wake to the sound of the howler monkeys in the trees above you. As you sit in your private swimming pool, you will see flocks of green parrots fly by. Sitting on the front porch, you can look into the jungle and see and hear interesting wildlife. Beautiful butterflies and hummingbirds will fly by you and iguanas and coatimundis will stroll past!
You may want to walk across the lane to the Nosara Yoga Institute and enjoy some treetop yoga, or walk 10 minutes to one of several very good restaurants, including a French bakery. You can be at the beach in about ten minutes (walking) and at a full grocery store in about 15 minutes. The location of this new and comfortable house is ideal.

We stayed here for a month while my husband was taking courses at the yoga institute and I was taking courses at the Spanish institute. It was really wonderful. The location is perfect--very close to the yoga institute and a short walking distance to town, the language institute, and the beach. (We did not have a car!) The maid does a great job and the pool is very comfortable. The washer/dryer was really appreciated. Our teenage son enjoyed his stay as well, since the house is within walking distance of many social activities. The house is well maintained and both the owner and property manager were very, very helpful. We would stay here again.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

I stayed here with my girlfriend the last week of April 2010. The house and pool are very nice the deck and the kitchen are great. It took me about 15 minutes to walk to the main surf break I could have drove in about 2 minutes but prefer to walk. We saw monkeys right from the porch on most days and you could hear them everday very cool. The maid was great did a fantastic job if you go make sure to tip her. I will rent here again thanks.
