Available starting January 25th. I will be traveling for 4 months (through June 1st) and will lock my bedroom and bath. This leaves a charming one bedroom, one bath fully furnished house with lots of space and convenience. Bedroom with garden entrance and spacious bath. Formal living/dining. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry area with washer/dryer and office space with cable/wireless connection. Direct TV with DVR are connected. Lovely patio with outdoor eating area. All utilities are negotiable. Gardner included. Just move in and live.
Close to everything in central San Diego, including beautiful Balboa Park with its many museums and sights. Close to freeway, minutes to beaches, stadiums, downtown San Diego and a 20 minute drive to Tijuana, Mexico. Some garage space available for bikes or storage. Covered, locked parking for 2 cars.
Prefer to rent for the entire period, but will consider shorter term at a negotiable rate.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Preferred rental is monthly at $1500/month,
however, a weekly rate is negotiable starting at $700/week
which includes maid service.
