The house is a great rental with the use of the two club houses with the two swimming pools that offer exercising and hot tub just for the Pennbrooke visitors. The Golf Courses are exceptional and with three to play you can move from one to the other without getting bored.
The Club House always has events underway and posted for all to attend. The fitness center is located as you enter the Community gates as well as the post office and bank.
The house is located with no one behind it, you can sit on the lanai and watch the bird in the sanctuary morning and night. The yard is mowed by the association and the watering of the yard is automatic.
My care person lives in the community and available for any problems and or special requests. The house is like your home, move in for the month or a couple of months to get out of the snow. Grandchildren are welcome on a weekly visit.
