Located 5 houses off of the beach in Old Grayton Beach, Four Fish Cottage is a 3 story, four bedroom 'cottage' on charming Cottage Street. The 'cottage' is great for 1 family, 2 families or a trip with grandparents or friends. Cottage Street has its own community pool across the street and dead ends into the beach boardwalk 200 feet from your front door.
Western Lake, for fishing and canoeing is only 1 block to the west.
Four Fish Cottage features hardwood floors and 9 foot ceilings. The first floor includes a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen connected to a large family room. The dining area includes a large family dining table and game table. The living room is complete with two sofas, club chairs, flat screen TV, DVD player and sound system.
The screened porch is perfect for relaxing and reading a book. The garden patio is great for morning coffee, grilling out on the large charcoal grill or just enjoying your company.
The second floor deck, off the Master Bedroom, is great for catching sun and watching the kids in the Cottage Street community pool across the street. Toast the sunset from the third floor balconies off the Tower Room with tremendous views of the Gulf, Western Lake and Old Grayton Beach.
TV's in every bedroom. Large Master includes king bed, flat screen TV, luxury bath and access to the sun deck. The second BR includes a queen and private bath. The bunk room upstairs is perfect for kids with the ability to sleep 4 in two separate bunk beds.
The downstairs BR includes a queen bed, a trundle bed, flat screen TV and private bath.
Cottage Street is one of the closest streets to the beach, dead ending into the beach boardwalk. It is a private street and great for families.
Walk to one of the widest, most beautiful, white sugar sand beaches on earth and swim in the clearest blue and aqua water anywhere. Walk to the Red Bar and D&K's in Grayton or easy bike ride to Watercolor and Seaside. Any season is a great season in Grayton Beach.
