My wife and I always wanted to live on the water, it is very relaxing sitting by the pool, sun bathing, watching the boats go by and seeing Dolphins and Manatees swimming and playing at your back door.
We moved to Florida from Ontario in the early 1990's and have never looked back, the weather here is so nice most of the time and when you plan a vacation you really don't worry if the weather will co-operate.
Why the Owner Chose St. Petersburg
We love the gulf side of Florida the beaches run forever and are clean with silky white sand. Our home is only a 10-minute drive to downtown Saint Petersburg. There are tons of restaurants, shopping and plenty to do and sights to see.
