  The condo was absolutely beautifully decorated and furnished perfectly with everything we needed. There were some issues upon arrival that we noticed needed attention, I.e. the lamp next to the couch (the only reading lamp) had a short in the cord and was non-functional, the towel rack in the first master bath had been partially pulled out of the wall and was non-functional or it would have pulled completely out of the wall, the under sink cabinet in the second master bath was hanging by one hinge and would not close properly (which my step father proceeded to fix on his own so it wouldn't fall off completely), the ceiling fan light in one of the front bedrooms did not have a functional light in it and the room was very dark without it and after my step father climbed up and took the fan light kit apart found the base of a light bulb was stuck in the light socket which he removed and replaced with a new bulb he purchased from Walmart. There were serious scratches in the paint turning the corner from the entrance into the kitchen. We found out after a call to the resident manager that the indoor pool area is only open while the maintenance crew is working because there is no security on the premises and there had been homeless people sleeping in the pool area. There was no electronic keypad for the residents to use the pool if it was locked and it was not heated, just indoors. My stepfather's truck was also vandalized and all of his and my mothers Christmas gifts were stolen the night before we left and a call to the resident manager to request video of the nights parking garage activities were met with less than a helpful response just that there is only video on the first floor parking even though we could see a camera on the up-ramp. Video from the up ramp would have given us a tag number for someone coming and going within a short period of time that night between midnight and 8am. We were just told to call the police and report it and that it happens all the time. The condo is located in an isolated area of the strip, everything around it is closed down and you must drive to wherever you want to go. Maybe it's better during the summer for activities that may be closed during the winter, but still isolated. Very nice accommodations in the actual unit but the building and property have security issues. Next year we will book closer to Pier Park and the populated areas of the beach, this building was almost completely empty.

  This is a beautiful Condo. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. Great location to everything. The view from the balcony is out of this world. Tanya is a excellent owner and will make your stay wonderful. We could not have chose a better location. I recommend this Unit 2101 if you are looking for the perfect location to everything.

  This condo is absolutely beautiful!! The description and pictures show exactly how the condo is set up and all of its qualities. It is clean and very well maintained. The owner is wonderful to work with! There are so many activities nearby. Minature golf and go carts accross the street. We had a blast riding the go carts! We would recommend Pineapple Willy's, Sharky's, Angelo's Steak Pit, Boatyard Restaurant, Bishops buffet, Hooters and Margaritaville for places to eat. Pier Park is just a mile away and has so many little shops, Ron Jon Surf Shop and a mall too! I am kind of partial to Shimmering Seas Jewelry! We watched dolphins play from our balcony one morning. On another day we saw a manatee and a few stingrays. We had an amazing time with family and good friends and held a sunset beach wedding. You can make wonderful memories here too! We hope to make this an annual anniversary vacation!

  This condo was perfect for our vacation. My husband and I took our four young adults ages 21,19,19 and 18. It was beautifully decorated with enough space for all of us. We loved the big Hugh balcony were we enjoyed eating dinner. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. I would most definately book this condo again.

  We had an excellent stay!!! Would highly recommend this place (and already have) to everyone! We came down with our girls and their boyfriends and had the most awesome time!!!! The unit was as it said,,,pictures described the unit. There were so many things to do within walking distance. The beach was beautiful and the view was awesome!!! Everyone one wants to return next year!

  A group of my friends and I stayed here for our spring break and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The condo was very well decorated and luxurious, had a great pool, hot tub, and even had a beach chair service! It was close to everything we could possibly need. The owner was great and was always quick to respond if I had any questions. I will definitely keep this place in mind for my next vacation!

  We loved the condo. The view was amazing and the sunsets were unobstructed. The condo was beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We were pleased to find that we were mostly out of the mainstream as far as the "spring-breakers" were concerned. Our only negative was that the carpets really needed deep cleaning! and a new corkscrew is needed in the kitchen (pretty bent-- making it hard to use -- we used our own). Thanks Tanya for making our week so special and relaxing!!

  Enjoyed the 4 Bedroom retreat. Enough room for everyone to have their space and then come together and share food, laughter and fun. There was even a hand truck in the condo to bring your luggage in. My 75 year old Mom had a ball. The only problem we had was the screen to the sliding doors coming off hinges. Other than that everything was wonderful. Thanks Tanya

  Our family (4 adults and 3 children) stayed in this unit 09/03/2011--09/10/2011 and had plenty of room. The condo is wonderful and has everything you would need. We saw a pod of 8 dolphins from our balcony one morning and a smaller pod the next morning. The view is spectacular and the balcony furniture is very comfortable. Thanks Tanya for another awesome family vacation!!! We'll see you next year..:)

  We were lucky enough to stay at this condo in December 2010 and it is even more beautiful than the pictures portray!! The view from the balcony is amazing!! We were able to view sting ray every morning and dolphins playing once during our stay. This place is so comfortable you won't want to leave!! Tanya is amazing to deal with! The sunsets were spectacular. We walked the beach almost every day even though it was very cold while we were there but it didn't really matter. We visited Pier Park and ate at Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville which has great staff and great food. I hope to get to visit at some point during the summer when it is warmer. Our hats go off to Tanya for helping to make our stay one to remember!! You can't go wrong staying here!!
