Our Condo overlooks close to 400 feet of sugar white beaches and emerald green water on the Gulf of Mexico from your spacious private balcony that has been tastefully decorated, this unit welcomes you with comfortable luxury. More than once, we've been told it is one of the best decorated units in Ocean Reef. The Living room has a mounted 47" LCD TV and DVD player, with upgraded ceiling fans and light fixtures.
This outstanding resort will be a flagship for the Panama City Beach lovers for years to come. It has an outdoor swimming pools right in front of the Gulf and adjoining hot tub as well as an additional heated indoor pool; a cardio-fitness facility with a steam room and sauna. Additionally, you will have your own assigned parking space near the elevator that will allow for easy access to your unit without the hassle of looking for parking during your stay.
The kitchen features granite countertops / breakfast bar and an adjoining dining area, tile throughout, custom cabinets, and brand new appliances. The remainder of this beautiful, upscale condo has been recently decorated in 2009 and includes many other upgrades including lighting, ceiling fans wall mounted television sets and DVD players.
The unit offers four bedrooms and three full baths. Two master bedrooms have king-sized beds with one of the bedrooms located on the Gulf Coast with direct access to the patio. The third bedroom and fourth bedroom offers a queen-sized beds. All bedrooms include upgraded Memory Foam mattresses that will provide for maximum comfort during your stay. All bedrooms have HD flat-screen TV’s.
The MAIN MASTER BEDROOM is front and center located on the Gulf Coast with access to the patio and features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom. This bedroom features a 26" HD TV and new lighting and ceiling fans.
The SECOND MASTER BEDROOM also features a king-sized bed and a private bath. The bedroom features an impressive 42” wall mounted HD TV and many lighting upgrades to complement the tastefully decorated room.
The THIRD GUEST BEDROOM has been tastefully decorated with a queen-sized bed and a 20” HD TV that invites you to lie back and relax. This bedroom adjoins a jack and jill bathroom featuring a shower.
The FOURTH BEDROOM offers a queen size bed and HD Flat screen TV.

* Our condo has a laundry room with a large-sized washer and dryer.
* Parking is as convenient as it gets. Simply park on the garage's 2nd level and take the elevator to the 21st floor.
* Our unit operates with Kaba Code Door System. Prior to visiting our vacation rental, we will provide you with an access code for the week which will allow you to not have to worry about lost keys or key cards in other units. This means that there will be no need to wait in line with the management company representatives before entering your unit.
In addition, Ocean Reef Resort is within walking distance to the new 200-acre Pier Park, an extensive Tropical-feel Life-Style Shopping mall. Pier Park brings a whole new level of shopping and entertainment to Panama City Beach including Jimmy Buffet's new Margaritaville! Pier Park boasts approximately 150 stores and 20 restaurants in an open-air setting and includes entertainment venues such as a park for summer concerts and annual festivals along with Southern Theater's Grand Theater containing 16 movie theaters with stadium-style seating.
Just up the road is Frank Brown Park, a 200 acre recreational center which has several softball and baseball fields used for tournaments, playgrounds, picnic areas, fishing sites and an aquatic center.

Enjoyed the 4 Bedroom retreat. Enough room for everyone to have their space and then come together and share food, laughter and fun. There was even a hand truck in the condo to bring your luggage in. My 75 year old Mom had a ball. The only problem we had was the screen to the sliding doors coming off hinges. Other than that everything was wonderful. Thanks Tanya

Our family (4 adults and 3 children) stayed in this unit 09/03/2011--09/10/2011 and had plenty of room. The condo is wonderful and has everything you would need. We saw a pod of 8 dolphins from our balcony one morning and a smaller pod the next morning. The view is spectacular and the balcony furniture is very comfortable. Thanks Tanya for another awesome family vacation!!! We'll see you next year..:)

We were lucky enough to stay at this condo in December 2010 and it is even more beautiful than the pictures portray!! The view from the balcony is amazing!! We were able to view sting ray every morning and dolphins playing once during our stay. This place is so comfortable you won't want to leave!! Tanya is amazing to deal with! The sunsets were spectacular. We walked the beach almost every day even though it was very cold while we were there but it didn't really matter. We visited Pier Park and ate at Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville which has great staff and great food. I hope to get to visit at some point during the summer when it is warmer. Our hats go off to Tanya for helping to make our stay one to remember!! You can't go wrong staying here!!

We stayed in this property in June 2009 and it was wonderful! Plenty of space for our large family and decor was top notch! I felt as if I was staying in a friend's home. The balcony is wonderful and a great place for meals and naps! The owners were also wonderful to work with!

This condo is awesome! The owner is very responsive/easy to deal with and the property was clean, neat and well-maintained. The photos and description don't do this unit justice - the decor and size of the unit are great for a large or small group! Overall, it was a great trip and we'd definitely consider staying here again!
