Year Purchased: 2004
Owners purchased the home new and lived there for two years before relocating to CA for work. We are western music enthusiasts and are involved in preserving the cowboy culture and western way of life through music and education. Our home reflects our interests and love of the old west in its decor - from pictures to statues to nostalgic western DVDs available to our guests.

We had a wonderful week of pre-season baseball. Because of the short distance to the store and I-10, we spent our time vacationing rather than driving. When baseball and sightseeing was done for the day, we had a spacious, relaxing and comfortable home in a friendly, quiet neighborhood awaiting us. Thank you very much for sharing your home with us.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The home was just as advertised. It was lovely, clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. It was a perfect place for our family of 6 during our visit to Phoenix. The owner was easy to work with and very helpful. We will definitely stay there on our next trip to Phoenix!

If you are a Cleveland Indians or Cincinnati Reds fan, this IS the place to stay. Located just 3 miles from the new beautiful new complex in Goodyear, AZ, you can get to the games in a matter of minues. Plus, shopping, restaurants, everything you could possibly want is within a stone-throw. Add to that a home that is exceptionally well maintained, stocked to the "max", cable TV, internet, and a great backyard/pool - and you have a perfect vacation location. The only downside - leaving at the end of the stay.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
