This home is part of Koh Jum Beach Villas - a unique beachfront property development on the island of Koh Jum, Krabi, Thailand. An abundance of trees and flowers surround this custom built, private, luxury beach front home, in an eco-resort environment on Koh Jum. Koh Jum, also known as Jum Island or Koh Pu Island, is easily accessible from Krabi International Airport, yet feels a world away. It is perfect for those wanting to immerse themselves in natural tropical island beauty with little tourism.

This house is less than 75 metres from the beach with views of the Andaman Sea through palm trees and green spaces carefully protected between widely spaced, tasteful homes in this low-density development. From your front deck to the West, watch the sunset over the Andaman Sea and behind Koh Phi Phi. This home is near the centre of the beach front of Koh Jum Beach Villas, which stretches for 700 metres, with only a handful of homes. The pool (non-toxic and environmentally friendly filtration) is a hundred metres to the South. The restaurant and quiet lounge are just behind the pool. Behind the house is a sea of green;papaya, pandanas trees and flowers. This is tranquil island living at its best.

Enjoy indoor-outdoor living as teak folding doors open to cooling sea breezes. Built as 2 separate "pods" connected together by decks, this timber-framed home is ideal for family that enjoys meals and social time together, yet want plenty of privacy and space.

  • Absolutely beautiful! The accommodations were exceptional with wonderful decor and a fabulous view of the Andaman Sea. The restaurant, bar and pool, which are part of the resort, were outstanding and made the stay very enjoyable. Koh Jum is a very serene, peaceful part of the world and I'm glad I had the opportunity to vacation there. Can't wait to go back!
