Baan Khun Don is part of Koh Jum Beach Villas a beachfront resort community of
privately owned luxury homes on Koh Jum Island, Krabi, Thailand. This luxurious
three bedroom villa offers a private pool set in lush tropical gardens with an
abundance of trees and flowers creating your own sanctuary to relax and enjoy.
The house features traditional Thai architecture and is carefully designed to blend
elegant and tropical design with comfortable and functional contemporary style
living. Baan Khun Don has a large living area‚ combining a lounge‚ gourmet kitchen
and traditional dining area‚ all under one roof. This is the ultimate in indoor-outdoor
living as the 135 square metres of indoor living space expand even larger through
teak folding doors onto scenic terraces which surround the villa and allow you to
enjoy the cooling sea breezes. From your front deck to the West, watch the sunset
over the Andaman Sea and behind Koh Phi Phi. This timber-framed home is ideal for
families that enjoy meals and social time together, yet want plenty of privacy and
space.
Master suite: A wing unto itself with a king size bed and natural furnishings‚ walk-
through closet and a large en-suite bathroom with a twin Bali style shower (indoor/
outdoor). Large glass folding doors continue the tropical indoor-outdoor living
concept throughout the master suite and onto the Thai-style balcony which overlooks
the Phi Phi Islands.
Guestrooms: There are two guest rooms located on the lower level with queen
sized beds. Guestroom 1 has a large dressing area and daybed to relax and enjoy
the sea view. Both rooms have large windows which allow cooling breezes and
an abundance of natural light. These guestrooms share a separate bathroom with
shower.
Gardens: Baan Khun Don is surrounded by lush tropical gardens, and coconut
palms. The Private pool is 4 by 8 meters and has a salt water chlorination system.
Although the sea and quiet beach are only steps away you won’t want to leave this
private sanctuary.
There are only a handful of homes in this unique eco friendly community which
also offers a beach front Thai owned restaurant and cocktail bar with communal
swimming pool. The on-site resort managers, daily maid service and gardeners
maintain the resort up to a high standard. Enjoy bicycling, kayaking, and snorkeling
or pamper yourself with Thai massage and the ever attentive service provided by the
experienced staff.
If you would like to enhance your Thailand experience, there are many delightful
attractions that you can take in with a day trip off the island including snorkeling,
scuba diving (on-site dive shop), boat trips to Railay Bay, Phi Phi Island, Bamboo
Island, and other unique locations.

When my husband and I arrived at the Koh Jum Beach Villa Resort, our first words were “WOW!” We were welcomed by the Resort Managers who immediately made us feel at home. We knew right then and there that our 3 week vacation in "Baan Don" was going to be unforgettable. “Baan Don” is an immaculate and beautiful house. We really appreciated the owner's collection of Thai artwork and the overall décor. We were impressed with: the cleanliness of the house, the open floor plan and spacious high vaulted ceilings, large master bedroom and bathroom with the outdoor rain shower, the large wrap around deck and all of the windows that provide a spectacular view from anywhere in the house. The home is extremely comfortable with every modern convenience to make one's stay very pleasant. The numerous fans throughout the house made us feel cool even on the hottest of days. The sounds of nature, the remarkable sunsets, the star-filled nights and the calm serenity of this location make it an ideal location for a respite from the hustle and bustle of the working world. The entire staff and management team at the resort were extremely friendly and accommodating. The flavourful meals at the restaurant, to mid-afternoon dips in the quiet pool, to the fun-filled evenings in the lounge gave us everything we could want for. We spent the first week taking in the relaxed and friendly Thai culture, by the second week we were feeling quite comfortable, and then our third week we were ready to buy land and move here. You will always remember your experience at Koh Jum Beach Villas. The photos on the website don't do this meticulously maintained property justice!

We had a great time staying here.The people are all so freindly and the food in the restaurant was very good.The house is brand new and furnished very nice. The weather was absolutely wonderful(30-34 C everyday)Would definitly visit again.

Absolutely beautiful! The accommodations were exceptional with wonderful decor and a fabulous view of the Andaman Sea. The restaurant, bar and pool, which are part of the resort, were outstanding and made the stay very enjoyable. Koh Jum is a very serene, peaceful part of the world and I'm glad I had the opportunity to vacation there. Can't wait to go back!
