An excellent live/work space, the loft features 12-foot ceilings, maple hardwood floors, 2 sided travertine marble fireplace, custom kitchen and superb, luxury finish work. A quick walk from the world-famous Pike Place Market, see the sunset from this ideal location!
The Belltown Loft is located in one of Seattle’s most desired neighborhoods. It is a walking distance to the downtown Seattle shopping area. The Belltown is more residential area of the downtown Seattle with many residential luxurious condos, restaurants and more shops…
It is a block from the very popular Seattle Waterfront Park (Myrtle Edwards Park). To state a few features of the Park itself; has 180 degree of open water view, water fountains, about 2 - 3 miles of walking, biking, in-line skating trails right along the water, now we have the Seattle Art Museum’s Sculpture Park right along the waterfront (e.g., Calder’s famous red eagle sculpture is soaring…); a few blocks from the Seattle Center (Space Needle, EMP….); close to the famous Pike Street Market – Seattle’s own outdoor market; International district …. We had a great time in Seattle this week. The Loft was the perfect space in the perfect location. It was so close to many of the attractions, we did not even have to use our car that often. We are family of two adults and four children (3 of them teenagers) and we always felt like we had space here in the Loft. Thanks for a great week! We had a wonderful week in Seattle, and the Loft was the perfect place to stay. It’s big enough to accommodate our family of six and close enough to the waterfront that our children could go on their own. Even with three teenagers and a 12-year old, we didn’t feel crowded. Wow – Seattle’s downtown has certainly changed in the 10 years we’ve been away! The Loft was lovely and reintroduced us to a part of Seattle we avoided when living here. The Belltown Loft was everything we needed, and was such a delight to visit. The accommodations were superb and the location was really located for all areas of the city to easily walk to – having a car unnecessary for the most part. I want to let you know what a wonderful time we had at your Loft this past week. The location was perfect … We especially appreciated the small things you had in the apt. that we didn’t have to go purchase; paper towels, salt/pepper, etc. You’d be surprised how many VRBO properties we’ve stayed in that didn’t provide these small convenience items. The nicest thing about the apartment was the feeling of “calm” via the art and lack of clutter. It was aesthetically soothing, yet not so “museum-like” that the kids didn’t feel comfortable. That’s a difficult balance to achieve and the Loft did it perfectly. We make an annual visit … and will be in contact with you about next year. We stayed at the loft for a week and enjoyed every moment, from first entry you could see it was very spacious and all fixtures and fittings to the highest standards. We were also happy to find just about every item you would possibly need on vacation except, of course, for food, no need to run out for little things you had forgotten. The location is good… we had a car which can be parked in a convenient place right next door to the apartment, downtown is within easy walking distance as is the waterfront. We had a few questions during our stay and found the proprietor Kinam to be very efficient and helpful, we would highly recommend this place for a Seattle vacation.
