The Belltown Loft is located in one of Seattle’s most desired neighborhoods. It is a walking distance to the downtown Seattle shopping area. The Belltown is more residential area of the downtown Seattle with many residential luxurious condos, restaurants and more shops…

It is a block from the very popular Seattle Waterfront Park (Myrtle Edwards Park). To state a few features of the Park itself; has 180 degree of open water view, water fountains, about 2 - 3 miles of walking, biking, in-line skating trails right along the water, now we have the Seattle Art Museum’s Sculpture Park right along the waterfront (e.g., Calder’s famous red eagle sculpture is soaring…); a few blocks from the Seattle Center (Space Needle, EMP….); close to the famous Pike Street Market – Seattle’s own outdoor market; International district ….
