Casa Shalimar is situated in the sleepy fishing village of La Herradura in Costa Tropical. The warmest part of southern Spain 70km east of Malaga in the province of Granada.
Park at the top of the steps and wind your way down the many steps to the gates. Open the front door and you are greeted with the feeling of being on a boat as all you can see is the ocean. Change into your costume and jump from the rocks or from the steps into the sea. Snorkel and dive in the clear sea.
There are claims that in the Spanish Armada a galleon sank and many divers search the bottom for gold coins. The house has lovely terraces, overlooking the sea. The house has a lovely infinity pool overlooking the bay, it is private and secluded. One can watch dolphins swimming in the bay and enjoy hours of snorkeling from the luxury of one's own house.
