Fantastic location Between Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Interior unit, with windows overlooking the building's atrium. New carpet, paint, window treatments, and linens.
One bedroom / one bath condo with a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized pullout sofa bed in the living room. Full-size kitchen with all the necessities. The Condo is on the Gulf of Mexico with beautiful white sand beaches, gorgeous sunsets, and a private boat dock in the rear as well as a private fishing pier. Please note: This is an interior unit, so while the building is on the beach, the unit overlooks the interior courtyard.
No other building offers both beachside in front and intercoastal in the rear. Parking included (one designed spot). Heated pool, large deck for entertaining, beach volleyball court, shuffleboard.
Award winning restaurants include Salt Rock Grill, Lobster Pot, The Wine Cellar, The Frog Pond (best breakfast anywhere) and many more

I was searching for a condo large enough for myself and my wife. We are retired and on a fixed income, so pricing was also important. Our wish list included a quiet spot when we wanted to relax, but near enough to activities to enjoy our social moments. We also didn't want to compromise on location. WE WANTED TO BE ON THE BEACH! Well, we honestly thought this wish list was just a dream. We were wrong! This condo in Holiday Villas III met all of our expectations. Although we didn't have an ocean view from the unit, the fact that we were on the beach, with a pool available to us, made it the perfect location. Simply said, this is the perfect spot for a monthly (long-term) renter. It combines all one could hope for in location with a price that we could not find anywhere else. The rental process with Seth was simple, and any questions I had were answered quickly. The unit was clean and fully stocked for easy living. We even paid for a mid-month cleaning from Paula, which was super reasonable, and continued our retirement-vacation experience. Thank you, and I hope to return next year.

We stayed here Memorial Day week 2009. It is an interior unit with no balcony, but it is right on the beach and you can't beat the price. The condo had everything we needed with plenty of towels. The pool area was very nice with Tiki huts to have lunch at and on the other side there are even grills to use. The beach is very quiet and family oriented - which was perfect! I would definitely stay here again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

Rented for 2 weeks during Christmas 2008. Everything one could ask for. Great location, friendly staff,great pool with view of Gulf. Unit had everything one needed,was very clean. Would rent again,owner very helpful.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.

This is on a beautiful spot on the Gulf. We rented for three days---perfect for my husband and I. The pool and amenities, including grills and tables were great. The condo was an inside condo, which we were told about, and didn't have outside windows, but was still great--- quiet. The condo had everything and was clean. There are lots of good restaurants nearby We would definitely rent again!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.
