Our Brand New Constructed Townhome is conveniently located off Rts. 1 and 54 on Fenwick Island’s bayside in the community of Bayville Shores. This upscale resort community has countless amenities including a pool, clubhouse gym, playground, volleyball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, tennis and basketball courts, crabbing/fishing piers, a boat/jet ski ramp directly to the bay, and is just minutes from the beach (2.5 miles). Gourmet grocery store, excellent restaurants, and other convenience stores are just around the corner for all your convenience needs while you stay with us.
Our Fun and Cheery home features 2700 sq. ft. with 3 incredibly decorated floors featuring vintage travel themed family-friendly living area with retreat-like bedrooms. Master bedroom one, located on the 1st level, offers a King size bed, wet bar with refrigerator, flat screen TV, luxurious bath with soaking tub and oversized shower. Master bedroom two, located on the 3rd level, offers a King size bed, flat screen TV, luxurious bath with Jacuzzi tub and oversized shower. Bedroom three also located on the 3rd level, features Bunk Beds (full size bottom with single top), convertible sofa, and private bath. The living area on the mid or 2nd level is family-friendly featuring gourmet kitchen, stylish dining area, comfy lounging, fireplace, flat screen TV, and a sunroom catered especially to our younger family members stocked with toys and their very own flat screen TV to play video games on…all the comforts of home in an ideal spot for vacation fun.
If relaxing is on your agenda, may we suggest you relax on the screened-in patio or above on the open deck to enjoy wildlife on the ponds; Stroll down the path to the community pool for a cool dip; Pamper yourself in one of the soaking or Jacuzzi tubs; Spend an evening with family and friends playing a game from our stocked selections; or Curl up on the overstuffed sectional couch to watch a DVD from our library. Relaxing won’t be hard to do!
If you like to be on the go, Fenwick Island offers some of the finest TAX FREE restaurants, boutiques, and shopping as well as pristine wide sandy beaches voted amongst the best beaches in the United States. We are minutes from Ocean City Maryland, the White Marlin Capital of the World, where you will find those wide sandy beaches continue south and fun-filled nightlife awaits. While in Ocean City, be sure to visit their famous boardwalk, excellent restaurants, and inlet shopping. Bethany, Dewey and Rehoboth Beaches are also a short drive (10-25 minutes away) featuring more TAX FREE restaurants, boutiques, and their famous Outlet Shopping. Charlie and Michelle Wojciechowski - Delaware Residents who absolutly love the ocean and beach.
Always interested in vacation home, we made this dream come true and purchased this home in August of 2008. We enjoy our home with out two young children, but also love to entertain. Hence, we decided to rent to familes so we can share our beautiful home.
Why the Owner Chose Fenwick Island
After a full year of research and looking, we decided that Bayville Shores in Fenwick Island was the right fit for us...not as a rental property, but as our vacation home. This resort community, located bayside of Fenwick Island provides relaxation and tranquility while being only a hop skip and a jump from all the action in Ocean City Maryland, as well as Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach, and Rehobeth Beach Delaware. We looked back on our past vacation choices and found that we always chose private luxurious locations just outside the main attractions so we could choose to relax and enjoy the bayside, or go in town for some fun packed action. Bayville Shores is a family oriented community and provides many amentities including pool, gym, boat ramp, crabbing piers, playground, walking trails and much much more. We thoroughly enjoy our home, community and amentities with our children, friends and familly. After decorating our home we thought we would love to share this beautiful home with other families with similar needs. Our first year of rentals was wonderful. All our families loved our home and hope to return for the next seasons. It was certainly a pleasure having so many wonderful families make memories in our home and we look forward to having more.

Our new and beautifully decorated home is priced very competitively without hidden fees keeping our economic status in mind for families. So many other beach property owners charge astronomical rates and fees that many families are unable to afford these days. We always apprciated the lovely homes we rented that provided all the luxury you could want at a most reasonable price. We want to pass on that same mindset and courtesy to our guests. Our home is fully furnished and equiped that gives families all the comforts of home. The little convienences such as lines and towels are always appreciated, as well as the kid friendly toys and accomodations!
