This condo is a spacious 2500 sq. ft with 3 bedrooms which include two master suites and one bedroom with 2 double beds. (Sleeps Eight comfortably) Each bedroom has a private bath and walk in closet. Every room is equipped with satellite TV and DVD player. High Speed Internet access available throughout the condo. There is also a hot tub off the beachside master suite.

The kitchen offers granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and has everything you will need. A full size washer and dryer are located inside the unit. The property is gated with parking. A Vonage phone line allowing calls to and from the USA (also Canada and 5 countries in Europe) is provided for your convenience at no additional charge. The unit faces the beach and a beautiful infinity pool. The complex is very private and and peaceful, however, just a short walk from the Complex is the heart of the hotel zone offering 30 to 40 night clubs and restaurants. It is the best of both worlds. Credit Cards are accepted through Pay Pal. This condo is the best Cancun has to offer.

    • Recently stayed in condo for 10 nights...the place was everything I expected. It was great looking at the pool and ocean and oh so relaxing...Wayne is very easy to deal with and the management company is excellent.....I can not wait until I go to Cancun again........I jsut hope the condo is available GREAT place....thanks!!!!!

    • This is a Wonderful Condo!!! I stayed at this Condo in Feburary 2009 and really enjoyed the stay! The Location is "IDEAL" within walking distance to the action, Beautiful Beach, Nice furnishing, Sat TV, Internet, Phone, Everything you can ask for in a Home away from Home. The owners are extremely nice and worked with us to even arrange transportation to and from the Airport. I give this place a "10" You will not be disappointed!
