Enjoy the summer breeze in the screened in porch or on one of 2 other covered porches - 4 bedrooms include 1 King, 1 Queen, 3 single plus trundle and 2 single plus trundle. Also a pull out queen size sofa bed. Sleeps 13.
Big Tippy is an all sports lake with boat and jet ski rentals available at near by marinas. Property includes a very large dock with 4 lounge chairs and plenty of room to dock your personal boat or rental boat.
2 family room areas. One for you and one for the kids! Playstation 2 and game cube available please bring your own games!
Please be aware that there are 50 stairs to the shore from the home.
50% of rental and security deposit is due within one week to confirm reservation. Remaining rental amount, tax and cleaning fee due 30 days in advance of stay.
Rental agreement is required. Applicant/tenant is 100% responsible for accidents,
personal injuries and/or any property damage.
Rental week is Sunday to Sunday. Renter must be at least 25 years of age to sign.

Just what we needed after a family funeral. We grew up spending summers on Oswego Lake, so it was great to gather family from Oregon, Washington, and North Carolina. Rhonda was great to work with on short notice.. The three levels of the house provide lots of room. Loved the screen porch and pier! The kitchen is a bit tight for multiple cooks and there are 50 stairs down to the water. Already talking about coming back next year.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with teenagers.
