It is located in the beautiful wild landscape of the Calandrina valley, in the Protected Natural Park of Lake Bracciano. The garden is about 2,500 square meters. The apartment has a private entrance.
At the ground floor there is a living room with a full-equipped opened kitchen, dining table, fireplace, library, armchairs, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, bidet. An external and separate room with an add shower and washing machine. At the first floor two bedrooms with a wood roof.
The nearest village is Trevignano Romano, directly on the coast of lake of Bracciano, (3,5 kilometers) has restaurants, shops and supermarkets, also opened on Sunday.
