"Island Dream" is located in the quiet Sunset Harbour Villas complex 1/2 way between the intra-coastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico beach in beautiful Navarre Beach on Santa Rosa Island. This first floor unit is only a short walk from the bay or the Gulf of Mexico and just steps from the pool. Away from the crowds, this is the perfect place to relax or play.
It is easy to make our condo your home away from home the moment you walk though the door. The living area has a sofa, which converts to a double bed, two comfortable chairs, as well as a 32 inch flat screen TV and DVD player. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare full meals or small snacks. The bedroom offers a king size bed, it's own TV and DVD player and a private bathroom with shower/tub. Two twin size bunk beds offer a comfortable sleeping space in a hall alcove. A bathroom off the hall is available for your convenience. A washer and dryer are located in the unit.
Stop and pick up groceries before crossing the bridge onto the island and you will not need to get in your car again while here, or, if you prefer, you can experience some of the excellent restaurants in the area. Shopping, golf, carpet golf, water parks, The Zoo, The Gulfarium, the Naval Air Station are all a short drive away . Navarre Beach offers a restaurant and a bar (with sand volleyball courts) on the bay, a restaurant on the beach, and a very casual outdoor restaurant at the longest pier in the panhandle extending into the Gulf of Mexico.
Come and enjoy the area a for week or two! This unit is perfect for couples and small families.

- While at Navarre Beach you can do ALL or nothing at all! There is casual dining and a fabulous bakery on the island. Take a short drive east to Ft. Walton and Destin or west to Pensacola for spectacular dining, golf, fishing and boating or major shopping. Go to a water park, the zoo, or catch a movie. Shop at the Destin Commons or visit the Pensacola Naval Air station musuem and check out the Blue Angels practice schedule for a free show. There is a binder in the condo with pamphlets, brochures and restaurant menus for attractions and restaurants in the area. There is an activity for everyone in every age group!

We chose to purchase our condo at Sunset Harbour Villas in Navarre Beach, Fl. because we love the quiet peaceful atmosphere. The condo is very near the National Seashore and is in a low density area of Navarre Beach so the complex and the beach is never crowded. You experience the laid-back, relaxing style of beach life without the noise, traffic, and comotion of over- developed beach areas.

Our family absolutely loved this condo, it's cleanliness, and proximity to beaches! We had a great time! We have 2 small children who loved swimming in the pool most of the time and who also loved the bunk beds in the hall! I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is small, but if you're looking for something cozy and clean...and nestled in beauty this place is for you! We'll definitely be back!

What a wonderful condo! We take frequent trips to the Navarre Beach area to visit with family and after staying at this wonderful little gem I cannot believe we ever stayed at hotels! Beautifully decorated and so peaceful and comfortable! I can't wait to stay again!

Our family came down for a weekend trip. The condo was great and had everything we needed. Navarre beach is nice too. We love the ocean, of course, but we enjoyed access to the bay as well, especially with a little one. We had a wonderful time, and only wished we'd had more time. Can't wait to return! Thanks for everything!

Such a cute condo! It was very comfortable. We loved having 2 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The beach was beautiful and whenever we went to the pool we usually had it to ourselves. Great vacation!!

We enjoyed our beach visit in July so much. Couldn't have stayed at a nicer place. Your condo is so beautifully decorated with that special touch. The beach was fine. Didn't see any oil. Enjoyed looking through your beach notebook for suggestions of things to do and places to eat. We loved Flounders Chowder House in Pensacola. Best vacation spot for beach, relaxing, and enjoying the sun. Can't wait to come back!

Just got back from our stay at Donna & Steve's condo at Navarre Beach. We had 2 adults and 4 children and we had plenty of room. The condo was well furnished with everything we needed for the week. The beach was just a short walk for us and the pool was even closer. We loved Navarre and the new pier was awesome. Thanks Donna & Steve for sharing your home on the beach.

We had an excellent time in this cozy and very relaxing condo. It's located in an excellent location, between the gulf and sound side with the swimming pool just right outside the door. We found EVERYTHING that we needed for cooking and relaxing. My husband and I and our 14 year old son only wished that we had more time to stay! The island is very fun and relaxing and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We appreciate people that share their treasure with us to enable us to have an excellent vacation! Thank you! We hope to visit you again real soon!

My wife, daughter and myself just returned from a 5 day stay at this wonderful condo. The description fits it to a tee. It was as clean as a pin and very well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were very helpful in answering our questions. The walk to the beach (Gulf side) was not that far at all. It is very low key if that's what you're looking for. If you want night life, you'll need to drive to Pensacola or Ft. Walton/Destin. We look forward to staying there again in the future.
