'Island Dream' is located in the quiet Sunset Harbour Villas complex 1/2 way between the intra-coastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico beach in beautiful Navarre Beach on Santa Rosa Island. This 738 sq ft, first floor unit is only a short walk from the bay or the Gulf of Mexico and just steps from the pool. Away from the crowds, this is the perfect place to relax and play.
This tastefully decorated condo is instantly your home away from home the moment you walk though the door. The living area has a sofa (which pulls out to make a double bed) and two comfortable chairs and is equipped with a 32 inch flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a radio/CD player/ipod/iphone audio connector. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare full meals or small snacks. The bedroom offers a king size bed, a 24 inch flat screen TV and DVD player, and a private bathroom with tub/shower. Two twin size bunk beds offer a comfortable sleeping space in a hall alcove. A 2nd bathroom off the hall is available for your convenience. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your use.
Stop and pick up groceries before crossing the bridge onto the island and you will not need to get in your car again while here, or, if you prefer, you can experience some of the excellent restaurants in the area. Shopping, golf, carpet golf, water parks, The Zoo, The Gulfarium, the Naval Air Station are all a short drive away . Navarre Beach offers a restaurant and a bar (with sand volleyball courts) on the bay, a restaurant on the beach, and a very casual outdoor restaurant at the longest pier in the panhandle extending into the Gulf of Mexico.
Come and enjoy the area a for week or two! This unit is perfect for couples and small families.

My husband and I recently were at Navarre Beach for a family wedding. After reviewing several listings we chose this property. Having never rented through VRBO before, I was uncertain as to what to expect. The owners were very prompt to respond and extremely informative and helpful with not only the info on the property, but restaurant recommendations and so much more. The property was perfectly clean, very comfortable and quiet. The King bed was very comfortable as well. The property is very well situated near the bay side and only a block and half to the gulf. There is a small balcony with 2 comfy swivel rockers and a table that has a good view of the water. Although there were only the 2 of us, the 2 bathrooms came in very handy as we were busy and always needed to get somewhere at the same time. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed - dishes, cookware, utensils, blender, toaster, corkscrew! and much much more. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. And Navarre! This was our first visit, but will not be our last.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

Just returned from visiting family in Navarre where we stayed at Island Dream, great name for this little gem. We had planned on staying at Hampton Inn but I always check VRBO when traveling and this condo was less expensive with 2 baths and more space. This place is super clean and housekeeping has put in all the details that a nice hotel would have. The condo is tastefully decorated with a beachy theme. Pool is just steps away which we had to ourselves most of the day and beach/bay are conveniently located nearby. There was a relaxing island breeze on the patio the whole time and the owners were super easy to work with. We'll be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Island Dream early April 2012 and loved it. It had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable even for our family of five. The washer and dryer were very handy as well as the full kitchen with dishwasher. The walk to the beach is a couple blocks or more, but can be done if not hauling a lot of stuff. The beaches down the road were beautiful and not even close to crowded even though it was spring break time. Wal Mart and other stores right down the road, and the pier was really cool, though we discovered that fishing here is a bit different than we are used to from our east coast visits. Only downfall is not with the unit, but it is a little drive to any major places to eat. All in all we are deffinately looking forward to the next time we can make it down to the Island Dream, owners are very friendly and easy to deal with. We had zero issues, but I am sure they would have taken care of anything immediately.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Our family absolutely loved this condo, it's cleanliness, and proximity to beaches! We had a great time! We have 2 small children who loved swimming in the pool most of the time and who also loved the bunk beds in the hall! I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is small, but if you're looking for something cozy and clean...and nestled in beauty this place is for you! We'll definitely be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

What a wonderful condo! We take frequent trips to the Navarre Beach area to visit with family and after staying at this wonderful little gem I cannot believe we ever stayed at hotels! Our family came down for a weekend trip. The condo was great and had everything we needed. Navarre beach is nice too. We love the ocean, of course, but we enjoyed access to the bay as well, especially with a little one. We had a wonderful time, and only wished we'd had more time. Can't wait to return! Such a cute condo! It was very comfortable. We loved having 2 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The beach was beautiful and whenever we went to the pool we usually had it to ourselves. Great vacation!!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We enjoyed our beach visit in July so much. Couldn't have stayed at a nicer place. Your condo is so beautifully decorated with that special touch. The beach was fine. Didn't see any oil. Enjoyed looking through your beach notebook for suggestions of things to do and places to eat. We loved Flounders Chowder House in Pensacola. Best vacation spot for beach, relaxing, and enjoying the sun. Just got back from our stay at Donna & Steve's condo at Navarre Beach. We had 2 adults and 4 children and we had plenty of room. The condo was well furnished with everything we needed for the week. The beach was just a short walk for us and the pool was even closer. We loved Navarre and the new pier was awesome. We had an excellent time in this cozy and very relaxing condo. It's located in an excellent location, between the gulf and sound side with the swimming pool just right outside the door. We found EVERYTHING that we needed for cooking and relaxing. My husband and I and our 14 year old son only wished that we had more time to stay! The island is very fun and relaxing and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We appreciate people that share their treasure with us to enable us to have an excellent vacation! Thank you! We vacationed on the Gulf Coast all our lives and when we were ready to purchase our 'Island Dream' aka a place at the beach, we chose to purchase in Navarre Beach, Fl. We chose Sunset Harbour Villas in because we love the quiet peaceful atmosphere and beauty of the area, especially the beach and water. The condo is very near the National Seashore and is in a low density area of Navarre Beach so the complex and the beach is never crowded. Here one experiences the laid-back, relaxing style of beach life without the noise, traffic, and commotion of over- developed beach areas.
