"Island Dream" is located on the sound side of beautiful Navarre Beach on Santa Rosa Island and is the perfect location for your beach vacation. It is only a short walk from the Gulf of Mexico. Away from the crowds, Navarre Beach is a queit area with very little traffic and noise, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun, sand, and water.
This unit is comfortably and tastefully decorated and is easy to make your home away from home the moment you walk though the door. There is comfortable king size bed in the bedroom, two full size twin bunk beds in the hall, and a double sofa bed. Two bathrooms provide convenience and plenty of towels are provided for your use as well as a hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare meals or snacks. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use.
Stop and pick up groceries before crossing the bridge onto the island and you will not have to get in your car again while here, or, if you prefer, you can easily leave the island to go to surrounding areas such as Navarre, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola, Ft. Walton, or Destin to experience excellent restaurants, shopping, golf, and activities for children, such as The Zoo, The Gulfarium, and much more.
Enjoy the crystal clear water, sugar white sand and spectacular sunsets of Florida's Emerald Coast for 3 nights, a week or a month! Perfect for couples, small families, or snow-birds. Walk, jog, bike, jet-ski, sail, collect shells or just relax on the balcony or poolside and savor all that this very special and unique place has to offer.

- While at Navarre Beach you can do ALL or nothing at all! There is casual dining and a fabulous bakery on the island or take a short drive east to Ft. Walton and Destin or west to Pensacola for spectacular dining, golf, fishing and boating or major shopping. Go to a water park, catch a movie or a show. Play at the Destin Commons or visit the Pensacola Navel Base. There is a binder in the condo with pamphlets, brochures and restaurant menus. There is an activity for everyone in every age group!

My husband and I purchased this vacation condo in August 2008. I have vacationed at the Gulf Coast almost every year summer of my life and my husband and I have vacationed here at least one time every year and sometimes two or three times a year for the past 32 years. So as you can tell we are true "beach bums". We feel so blessed to be able to have a vacation home at the beach.
Since purchasing this condo we have updated it, painted, refurbished, refurnished and made it feel like an "Old Florida" beach home. It has all the modern feature you expect, but a warm, homey, casual feel.
We really enjoy all the time we are able to spend there and want to share it with those of you who want some time at the beach.
Why the Owner Chose Sunset Harbor
We chose to purchase our condo at Sunset Harbour Villas in Navarre Beach, Fl. because we love the quiet peaceful atmosphere. The condo is very near the National Seashore and is in a low density area of Navarre Beach so the complex and the beach are never crowded or noisy. Everything you need is within a few short miles of the complex, but the feel of Navarre Beach is that of yesteryear when there were not a lot of highrise condos and hugh hotels/motels along the beaches. Navarre has been able to remain a quiet, simple, area. You feel like you are on a far away island and can live the "simple" life.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Our condo complex is located about half way between the Gulf of Mexico and the Intercoastal Waterway, therefore, you have all the benefits of both the gulf and the bay. Each body of water, the gulf and bay, are within walking distance of our condo. The island is only about two blocks wide at the point where the complex is located. We have ample parking for cars and a place to park you boat. There is a boat launch on the island where you can put your boat into the bay to enjoy the water. There is also a pool near the door of our condo for your pleasure if the gulf or bay do not interest you.
Our particular unit offers two bathrooms for your convenience. One bedroom furnished with a very comfortable king size bed, dresser, side chair, a TV, and ample closet space. We have a kitchen with a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, double sinks/ microwave over, and full size dishwasher. The kitchen offers ample cabinet space and counter space. The living area is furnished with two comfortable chairs and a comfortable sofa which opens to make a double bed. The armoir opens to reveal a TV, VCR, and DVD player, portable radio/CD player. A bookcase holds books for your enjoyment. There is also a dining table and chairs for your enjoyemnt.
Stay on the island and enjoy all that it and the condo have to offer, or take a short drive and enjoy all the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment that is available in the area on the mainland. Nearby there is a zoo, butterfly house, children's park, walking trail, the Gulfarium,
waterparks, deep sea fishing, and too many golf courses to name.
Here you have the option of sitting back and relaxing and enjoying the quiet life or if you enjoy the active life you can experience all that the area has to offer.
