Here is a well appointed beach home with casual elegance. We know that you will fall for this house ,"hook, line and sinker", just as we did. You will find this a perfect spot beside the Jolly Roger Pier, with lots of fun for the whole group. This brand-new four bedroom, three bath ocean front home is located adjacent to the Jolly Roger Pier in the heart of Topsail Beach. Restaurants, coffee shop, mini mart, gift shop and mini golf are all within walking distance in this Mayberry-like setting. All of this, just south of the Jolly Roger Pier--the finest fishing pier on Topsail Island. Dad can fish to his heart's content within sight of the family while they enjoy house or beach. The home is the north unit of a duplex directly to the south of the pier.
Relax in one of the few beach homes with ocean views from every bedroom. Sunrise on the ocean is a great wakeup call. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed. There are another two bedrooms , with a queen bed in each. A fourth bedroom holds two sets of bunk beds. In the living area the new sofa unfolds into a spacious queen bed.
The first floor has a dry weather entry to the carport below the main house. Then step up to the second floor which has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The oceanfront bedroom boasts a king bed with walkout sliding glass door to a deck with a dune walkover to the beach. This master bedroom contains a private bathroom with an ocean view Jacuzzi tub. There is a separate shower as well.
The second bedroom is a child's delight with 2 sets of bunk beds and a flat screen LCD TV with DVD player. The 3rd--and largest--bedroom has a private door into the shared bathroom. This room also has a LCD TV. The new full-sized stacked washer and dryer are also located on this floor.
The house has a reverse floor plan, so the top floor has the great room and kitchen. There is ample space for your group with over 2,000 square feet of living space. The granite countertops and stainless steel appliances speak to the quality of this rental property, truly one of the finest in Topsail Beach.

This place is even better than the pictures! The owners were so easy to work with and very helpful. The unit was clean and very well-furnished. We loved being close to the Turtle Rehabilitation Hospital and several great restaurants. We also enjoyed walking the pier - no problems with noise or crowds on the beach. There is also mini-golf across the street. It really was a wonderful week!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We arrived at a beautiful duplex. The whole place was clean and we had no problems while we stayed. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. It was so easy to step out the slidding doors right on to the beach. We had no problems with the Jolly Roger Pier or its parking lot. We have been home for a day and already missing it. We are hoping to go back again soon.

Wonderful for kids. There were 5 adults and 4 kids and the house and the location couldn't have been any better. There was miniature golf and ice cream right across the street. The beach was perfect. The house had everything we needed. It was more beautiful than the pictures. We couldn't have been happier with our rental choice. Being near the peer was a concern prior to renting but it turned out to be a benefit. We would ABSOLUTLEY rent this place again. The owners were great to work with!

10 women spent an incredible bachelorette party weekend at this gorgeously decorated home, right on the beach in North Topsail. We felt like little kids running around "claiming" our bedrooms and marveling at the double-level decks and walk-way to the ocean. The kitchen and vaulted ceilings in the living space made for beautiful light at all times of day. We really could not have asked for a nicer stay. Plus it was affordable! Everything went smoothly with cleaning, key access and working with the owner. We would definitely choose this property again when we come to Topsail. A general plug for Topsail beach-- many of us had never been before, and we were charmed by the combination of beautiful, uncrowded beaches and fun beach bars/clubs to keep us occupied at night. Also, the inexpensive beach taxi was a definite plus. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

we stayed for 3 nights and it was wonderful! The home is amazing, beautifully decorated, beach access is phenomenal...loved it! Lisa was a dream to deal with she made everything so simple...we hope to book with her again next year for a longer period!!!!

The pictures don't do the place justice. It was much better in person! This place is so close to the ocean. Very happy with everything. The owner is also great to work with. They really want you to have a good vacation experience.and they are fair and honest. I have already recommended to many, and we will be back. The beach area is very family oriented. We brought along a tent/canopy that we set up on the beach for shade. We visited a small museum a block away. There is a recycling center 2 blocks away. There are a few restaurants in the area that we tried. Cute shops. The pier was nice to visit (it costs $1 a visit). There are rentals in the area if you want to surf, etc. But best time is sitting/walking on the beach!
