We stayed at this property while in Wilmington for a wedding. The unit is tastefully decorated and clean. It was wonderful. Convenient to the downtown area. We would walk downtown in the evening for dinner & drinks, then catch a very inexpensive cab back home. The owners of this property are very accomodating.
