On the main level there is the living area with a 52 inch Plasma TV, stereo system, DVD player, including surround sound. The kitchen(granite countertops and stainless steel appliances) is fully functional with everything you could possibly need including a separate ice maker, extra large capacity washer and dryer for all those beach towels, a bedroom with queen bed, and an adj. full bath.
On the second level there is one of the two master bedrooms. This bedroom is a vacation in itself with its tall, beautiful, king bed and relaxing bathroom with huge tub and separate shower. This level also has two other bedrooms connected by a Jack and Jill bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has custom made queen over queen bunk.
The third level has the second master with custom made queen bed and a luxurious private bath. Half bath off the stairs. The bonus/loft area offers a pull out sleeper sofa, foosball table, and its own TV, DVD, and Xbox video game system with all the accessories and a few games. Step off the loft area to the sundeck and soak up the the Florida sunshine while enjoying the gulf views overlooking the community of Seacrest Beach
TV's and DVD players in all the bedrooms.
And when you all are not enjoying the new house just head to the Seacrest Beach North 12,000 sq ft pool(3 minute walk) or call the tram and have them drive you straight down to the beach(approx. 6 minute walk) FREE! Hop on the bikes or just walk over to all the wonderful restaurants and shops in Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, they are right next door.
