Why the Owner Chose Lakes Country Club
I've been coming to Palm Desert for 45 years and love it. When my wife, Natalie, and I decided to purchase a larger condo I knew just where to start looking - The Lakes. Being in the development business myself I have always appreciated what Sunrise (the developer) created here, it's very special! The people are great and you can't beat the environment or location. We selected our spcific unit because of the incredible south facing view of the lakes and waterfalls. It is our retreat and one of the few places where we can really relax.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We like to enjoy coffee on our patio and watch the ducks and egrets on the lakes, it is a very peaceful place. Our kitchen features a 180 degree view of the water so you can enjoy the view while cooking or eating in the nook. In addition, we have a very comfortable den with a great TV and DVD library. Two golf carts are included so getting around is easy and fun! Two lake front pools/spas are a quick two minute walk from our front door. It's the perfect escape!

What a delightful getaway! Everything you could possibly need was right there in this beautiful home. We will definitely be returning. Larry and Natalie have done so much to make you feel like old friends, more like guests than renters.

We had a great vacation in this house. It is very cozy with a gorgeous view on the lakes and waterfalls.The owners thought through all details including 2 golf cars and bikes. Great tennis and golf, too!
