Please enjoy our beautiful newly built and builder owned five bedroom four bath home. Ideal for two families! Enjoy direct views of the Marsh and partial ocean views. Beach access and marsh access is an easy walk down the road.
Our fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes a Wolf 6 burner stove and sub-zero fridge. The house is a reverse plan with kitchen and great room on 3rd floor with easy access of elevator. The great room has a flat screen TV with surround sound and music throughout the house. We have 2 King master suites with private baths, 1 full and 2 twin bedrooms with hall bath and upstairs queen suite with bath.
We have a large front deck and double screen porches and decks on back of house where you can sit and watch our wonderful bird life nesting in the marsh. One screened in porch off the kitchen and great room has dining space with an attached open deck to catch some rays and downstairs has a quiet sitting area with an attached open deck off the Master bedroom. There are two golf carts, one 6-passenger and one 4-passenger. Beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella are also provided for you.
We provide free temporary membership to the Bald Head Island Club and the Shoals Club. The Bald Head Island Club's amenities include golf course, pool with slide, tennis courts, fitness center, volleyball, playground and formal and informal dining. The Shoals Club, which is right down the road from our home, has a pool overlooking the ocean, beach access, fitness center, bocci court, pool side dining and formal dining.
