Waterstreet Cottage is decorated in a classic seaside style with spectacular harbor views from every direction. With a new, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and tasteful decor, you can be assured of one of the most attractive, comfortable, clean, and relaxing accommodations that coastal North Carolina has to offer.
The cottage is suitable for up to four adults, or two adults and two children, 12 or older. It has central heating and air-conditioning, and has ceiling fans throughout. In addition, all linens and supplies are supplied. Local and long distance telephone service, high speed internet and cable TV are also provided. Guests can also enjoy dining on the expansive, covered porch overlooking the harbor, or lounging in the sun on the adjoining open deck.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$175/night + $50 Cleaning fee (2-night stay) .. $1050/week + $75 Cleaning fee
50% reservation deposit, the cleaning fee, and a fully refundable $200
damage deposit is required to confirm a reservation. 14-day cancellation
is required for refund of all deposits. With less than 14 days, the
Reservation deposit is forfeited. Waterstreet Cottage is also for rent short-term
by the month. Please inquire for monthly rates.
