This beautiful home is located in a quiet and cozy part of Ocean Lakes...the perfect spot for couples or large families. We truly are only a power walk from the sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean.
We are within minutes of the playground and basketball court and the many activities that are available to you and your family. With the open floor plan this home allows for a lot of people to come and go during their vacation without tripping over each other or suitcases on the way to where they want to be.
The large living room is equipped with extra beds..allowing you to sleep up to 13 people in the home. There is a large yard shaded by palm trees..with lots of room for the kids to play. There is also ample room for parking.
But this is the clincher...the wonderful covered side patio..with a built in stereo system and a 32 inch elevated television... this is a great area for those summertime cookouts or a cool place for your teenagers to hang out with their friends to give mom and dad a lil downtime.
A deposit of $500.00 is required at booking. This deposit is refundable 2 days after your departure if the house is left in good condition..and nothing missing or broken.
Payment for the rental is due 30 days PRIOR to your arrival....
must have renting agreement papers signed and sent with payment.
