Eat in kitchen with an island that offers more seating! A large family room with a wood burning fireplace with more seating for dining or entertaining. A full bath and bedroom (two twin beds as pictured) are located on this main floor.
Upstairs you'll find a sitting area (with a view) a private master bedroom (one queen size bed)and a full bathroom.
Lower level is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing! You'll find a walk out basement with a huge TV, wet bar with a bistro sitting area. Two more bedrooms (one bedroom has a day bed and one bedroom has a queen size bed), in addition there is a pull out sofa (queen size bed) and another full bathroom.
Easy access to the private hot tub which seats six. A large wrap around deck. Plenty of room and seating. Interior and exterior stereo system provides privacy and a wonderful feel for the beauty surrounding this home.

We spent some time biking and golfing at Eagle Ridge. We just loved it. When our close friends invited us to spend a weekend at their house we were sold! The Unique Benefits of this House
The house is private. At night it is so dark you can see just the stars. It's quiet too! Just the sounds of nature. The mornings are beautiful as well. We watch the deer come through the yard and then the kids begin to bird watch. There is a nice trail right off the back yard. Experience the beauty within the territory. Enjoy a bike ride, hike or horse back ride. Families enjoy the stress free walks around the area.
