Loved this home. We stayed there with my brother, his wife and 2 kids. Plenty of room for us all. Great kitchen, had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, everything clean and great. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful setting. Loved the turkeys that wandered the golf course and the golfers were fun to watch too. Would definitely stay here again!

A GREAT Place for a Vacation

The house is exactly as described and pictured. We were welcomed with a fruit basket and Hawaiian music coming from the large flat screen TV in the living room. Each couple had their own large bedroom, walk-in closet, TV and full bathroom. We could enjoy home cooked meals around the large dining table and talk for hours, or spend relaxing moments out on the lanai overlooking the lush green golf course. The layout of the house allowed us to spend time together as a group or go off on our own to watch TV, read a book, or take a nap. We had such a great time and it beats staying in a hotel. It was a short easy commute down the hill to the Hilton Waikoloa where we could easily attend the activities and meet up with those staying there. If we ever need to be in the Waikoloa area again I would love to stay at this home. The owners are very accommodating and helpful.

This was our 1st time to the Big Island and we really were not sure if we made the right decision to stay 6 miles off the main road, but we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Upon our arrival, the door had been unlocked for us, the ceiling fans were on, the TV was playing a beautiful Hawaiin themed show, there were travel guides/maps laid out and there was a lovely fruit basket for us! The pictures depict this well maintained home perfectly, no surprises. We spent most of our days sightseeing, returning in the late afternoon to sit on the lanai and watch golfers tee off. We cooked every day in the well appointed kitchen. The home is comfortable and very relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet as well. The local market was superb and we visited it often. The owners and management were easy to deal with, even having booked this home on short notice. We would love to come back here and enjoy the home again. Thank you Reed!

This was the perfect house from which to explore the big island! The house is laid out very nicely with three separate suites (all with televisions and large walk-in closets), one of which is on the opposite side of the house from the other two which was great for traveling with our 2 teenagers. The listing photos show exactly what you get: a clean, well-cared for home. The living space is open with sliding doors and floor length windows through which we had a view of the golf course. We don't play golf but enjoyed sitting on a the lanai in the evening watching the players and playing games. The kitchen is updated and well-stocked with cooking and eating supplies.--we cooked everyday and wanted for nothing. The furniture was comfortable and well-laid out. It was quiet and peaceful--just what we needed to truly relax! The house was just a short ride way from some of the best beaches on the big island, including Mauna Kea with its excellent snorkeling. We love swimming so this was important to us.We used the house as a home base while exploring the entire island, including the fascinating Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. We took evening walks and feel in love with the upscale grocery store nearby. This is a great house in a wonderful location with very cooperative owners--I strongly recommend it!

We recently enjoyed staying in this house (June 2010), and highly recommend it. All of the pictures are honest representations. Was extremely clean, wonderfully stocked with everything you need to feel right at home right away. The location is pretty good--only a few minutes to the coastline, and the golf course is right outside your lanai---not very busy and a very nice view. Quiet neighborhood. The hosts were wonderful about everything, deposits, providing touring information, etc. Enjoy your family vacation on the Big Island! Aloha!
